Kihei Garden Estates - Hidden Oasis, Steps to the Beach!

Guests love the location and describe it as an oasis in a low density area, steps from beach, turtles, sunsets, restaurants, groceries, crafts. Lg balcony overlooks pool & garden, catch sunrises over Haleakala, enjoy morning sun w/sounds of tropical birds, afternoon shade & sunset back glow over the garden. Imagine beach walks. Newly remodeled bathroom. Private 2nd story corner entrance & vaulted ceilings. A/C units in all rooms. Small complex. Guests say they feel at home on beautiful Maui.

There are A/C units in both bedrooms and living room. Our unit is not equipped with central A/C. The A/C’s work well but are not designed to run all the time. July and August are the warmest months on Maui. Our condo has high ceilings, ceiling fans and great air flow so the A/C’s are not necessary all the time.

We have a fully stocked kitchen for making meals.

Beach toys, Tommy Bahama backpack Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and towels supplied.

Snorkel gear is not provided as they cannot be sanitized adequately between guests. There are lots of places to rent snorkel gear.

We are a corner unit with two short flights of stairs with a landing in the middle. The entrance is private and has a nice porch for shoes and other things. It feels like home.

The ceilings are vaulted with fans and create an airy, open feel.

Our balcony overlooks the pool and grounds. There is a new teak couch on the balcony that is perfect for afternoon naps!

The pool has a beautiful whale mosaic and the jacuzzi has recently been retiled.

The cabana at the pool has a full kitchen and gas barbecues and is a few steps from the condo.

We are a short walk to many fine restaurants, shops, Long's drugs and a grocery store (Times Market). Check out my Guide Book!

A short walk across a quiet neighborhood street brings you to the Kihei Beach for breathtaking sunsets and beach walks.

Championship golf courses are close by.

Many beautiful public access beaches with world class snorkeling in Wailea are less than a 10 min drive away.

A short walk down a neighborhood street brings you to public tennis courts and pickle ball courts with spectacular ocean views.

We are 20 minutes to Kahului (OGG) airport.

There are convenient laundry facilities located in each building.

The Hawaiian style complex with lush garden setting is peaceful and tranquil. Described my many guests as an oasis.

The condo is decorated in a traditional "old Hawaiian" style.

The complex is a non-smoking complex and includes our unit, balcony and our stairs. There are two designated smoking areas on the property.

Pool, jacuzzi, cabana with gas grills, grounds, laundry rooms are all accessible by guests. Pool and jacuzzi hours are 9am - 10pm. Children must be 14 years or older to be in the pool area without adult supervision.

Summer months: Be prepared for 90+ degree heat and higher humidity during the day. Do not bring a lot of clothes with you. Dress light!

To consider if coming with teenagers, the beach near our condo is a beautiful walking, wading, paddle boarding, and sunset beach. It is a wonderful beach for toddlers to play in the sand. It is not the classic boogey boarding beach. It is more of a bay.

The bigger wave beaches can be found one mile further south (Kamoale Beaches I, II, III). All Wailea beaches have public access too. There are so many beautiful beaches to explore and our guests have always found our condo and complex very relaxing after beach time or island exploration. Teenagers love pool time in the afternoon.

Please note: We ask our guests to be mindful of sand when coming into the condo. There is a convenient foot wash by the pool gate 20 ft from the unit.
