Property Overview
Keauhou Punahele is located at the very south end of Ali'i Highway, a 5 minute walk to Keauhou Bay and the Outrigger. We are close to shops, restaurants, farmer's markets and many of the varied activities this island has to offer.
Our condo is located at a quiet area of this peaceful complex. The surrounding grounds are carefully manicured with well established plants. shrubs and trees native to Hawaii.
This unit is a spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (1200 sq. ft), 2nd floor unit with a bridge entry from the parking lot. (NO stairs)
The extra large lanai has golf course and ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom. Great for watching the sunsets!!
-Our living room has lots of comfy furniture, a 40' LCD TV and a DVD player.
-The dining area has wooden table and 4 padded chairs.
-The master bedroom has a king size bed with private 2 room bathroom and walk-in closet. This bathroom has a large tiled shower.
-The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser with 32' TV.
-The hall-2 room bathroom, has a shower as well as a large washer and dryer.
-The kitchen has all the necessities, stove with oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, all pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. We also include a large spice cupboard, coffee maker, blender and kettle.
-All rooms have ceiling fans.
-On the large lanai, we have a propane BBQ and patio furniture, including dining table with chairs and loungers.
These buildings are constructed of cement, making it quiet and cool as the gentle breezes sweep through.... off the ocean in the morning...off the mountain in the evening.
We have included cable, wireless internet and free long distance to Canada and the US, to keep in touch with family at home.
This is a NON-SMOKING COMPLEX. Smoking is PROHIBITED within the condominium, on the lanai, in the entryways, on the pathways and in the pool area. Pets are not allowed.
Located only a mile from a shopping centre that includes a grocery store, drug store, restaurants, a post office, a movie theatre and many shops. Also close by is one on the best snorkeling beaches in the area.
This complex has strict noise rules. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Excellent host, responded quickly to any questions we had.. The condo was in great condition and very comfortable. The location is south of Kona, close to some of the local beaches. Location borders a golf course and is quiet, exactly what we needed.

It was a lovely condo will all amenities and well stocked. There were numerous fans which was good as the condo was warm until it cooled down. The location and environment were peaceful and centrally located to all of our activities. Most important was that Claire (the host) was quick to answer all questions and was very hospitable. Condo had everything we could need. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Enjoyed hearing the birds and watching the golfers. Fabulous sunsets every night, too. Very relaxing.
The condo is clean and well equipped, located in a quiet complex a short distance from the Keauhou Shopping Center (which has a KTA and many restaurants). It's ideally located between downtown Kona and Captain Cook. The check in/check out process was super easy. Thank you Claire for such a wonderful stay at your property!
Very clean, roomy 2 bedroom condo on a beautifully manicured propety! Everything you need in the kitchen including seasonings and condiments. Quiet and peaceful part of town, short drive to snorkeling or shopping. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay here for 8 nights as a family of three. This condo is very clean, quite and nice decorated. The checked-in and checked out processes were very smoothly. And the location is also very good, since we had two boat trips just located at close-by harbor. We did lots of snorkeling in the closeby beaches . We definitely will come back again.
