This lovely third (top) floor unit features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an expansive lanai with fabulous golf course and ocean views. Vaulted ceilings, tiled flooring and a chef-friendly kitchen with new appliances. Two bedrooms on the main floor each sleep two and feature updated bathrooms. The loft space, open to the living area below, features a full bed and 3/4 bath which was remodeled in 2019. Beautiful pool and grounds, and a short walk down to the marina, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, the manta rays (you can swim with them!) and the park which commemorates Kamehameha III's Birthplace. Catch a trolley into town from the Sheraton just down the road. You'll be calm and cool here as this unit catches the tradewinds beautifully, and when it does get warm, the ceiling mounted Big Ass fans (their real name) will cool you off.

Our host, Marilyn, was fantastic to work with overall.
Great host and very nice, older condo. Cannot beat the view from the balcony, especially the sunsets.
Fantastic three week stay in Kona. We would love to book this condo again. Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. No air conditioning but no problem - the overhead fans moved enough air to keep us cool. Enough out of town, yet close enough to the KTA grocery store.
Having three bedrooms and three baths for travelers aged between 14 and 78 was essential to family harmony and much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked so did not have to run out for condiments or a decent spatula so again much appreciated. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful; we enjoyed meeting them. Two nearby farmers' markets on two different days offered fresh fruit and other goodies: fantastic!
This condo was perfect for my family and parents. The property owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The condo has a community pool, its own bbq and everything you need to cook meals. 5 min drive to a grocery store, coffee shop and farmers market. Right up the hill from the Outrigger (walking distance). Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the Big Island.
We had a great week, enjoying the sunsets from the lanai and the comforts of home away from home. Everything was easy. Great communication from the host.
Marilyn was immediately available and resolved any issue! She is respectful, kind, and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient. to beaches and town. With an artist/food market just down the road a couple times a week.

We had a fantastic two week stay on the big island. We really enjoyed the VRBO that we stayed at. It was just as advertised with a great view and a great location to do all the things that we wanted to do on the island during our vacation.
Marilyn was an extremely responsive and accommodating host. The condo was well-kept and well-equipped, in an excellent location. The only two negatives I would point to: 1. It’s something of a tight fit for six people if they are not all from the same family, as the loft bedroom really affords little privacy. 2. The second main floor bedroom runs hot, even with the use of fans. This problem is exacerbated by the type of sheets/bedding that are used, as they are a t-shirt type of material which retains heat. This would be an easy fix.
