The unit is nice and in a nice complex. Beautiful sunset view. There are gas grills in the common area which were very well maintained.

Beautiful property! Excellent communication. Very nice amenities. Unit does not have ac- we were aware of this as it is on the listing. In the evenings there is a breeze but during the day it does get hot. Very close to grocery and drug store and many great local restaurants. Highly recommend.

Everything with us described. Beautiful location, many amenities, private walkway to the beach. The property manager was very helpful. Checked in on us before during and after our stay very accommodating, this was absolutely a memorable stay.

Our older grandson loved having his own space in the loft area. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved having the ice chest, beach chairs and umbrella for our beach days. The beds were comfy and there's plenty of space for your belongings. The only thing that would bring this property to all 5 stars for us would be the addition of A/C. We normally book properties with A/C and I missed it on this one. Our July trip fell during a warm spell without much of a breeze or trade winds. There were several fans and we ended up purchasing two more stand up fans at Walmart that helped a lot, especially for sleeping. This probably wouldn't be an issue during winter/spring months. Overall a great property.

This was a perfect first 3 nights on the island. Played golf on the adjacent course and snorkeled at Two Step Beach! Condo was perfect for our family of four adults.

Wish there was A/C .. The condo was very warm and hard to sleep . Other than that it was perfect

Clean, updated, the kitchen had everything we needed. It got hotter than expected, they have fans which helped and it cooled off a lot at night. Great landing spot.

This was a great location. Beautiful home and great property. They had all the things we needed to make our stay complete—tennis racquets, boogie boards, cooler, etc. Pool, courts, home, and entire property were well maintained. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay while on the Big Island!

Loved all the room our condo offered us as a family of 4. We felt safe within the gated community. Windows were able to stay open and keep the place cool despite the lack of air conditioning. The kitchen was fully furnished with a 'fridge that makes lots of ice. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus too. The only drawback is that the unit has no air conditioning...we had to leave the windows open 24/7 to keep the place cool. At night, this was not much of an issue but during the late afternoon/early evening, it was warm and stuffy...especially in the loft. Not a game-ender, merely something to consider.The complex was also very nice, with a pool and tennis/pickleball courts (like with most tennis courts today, they were used 90% of the time with folks playing pickleball). There were also a couple of nearby pavilions for BBQ or just hanging out eating in the evenings.

We were delayed four days on island and rented the place for four additional days. The unit itself was perfect for our family of 5. Read about some below average reviews where folks complained about the lack of AC, not an issue for us, just opened the large sliding doors to the deck to let the island breeze in! The property manager was not set up for a last minute rental. They had an excessive amount of paper work associated with a secondary rental agreement outside of the process that we go through with VRBO. Although they had no problem hitting my credit card for the payment quickly. Their process was also hindered by emails that were not sent to us in a timely manner. Other than that, the experience was great! The unit was clean, really nice, and we enjoy staying at the KKSRC. Short walk to the Kahalu’u park, and others. Pool and beach access nearby, awesome!
