As soon as you step inside Keauhou Punahele A103, a two bedroom and two bathroom ground-floor unit, you'll be greeted with beautiful tropical garden, ocean, and sunset views. This property is currently one of the few only rentable units in the complex that offers an installed split Air Conditioning system which comfortably cools the living room and both bedrooms!
In the primary bedroom, there is a king size bed and a smart TV, with cable, that's perfect for lounging and relaxing after a long day of exploring the island. The ensuite primary bathroom features a large walk-in shower that's great for rinsing off the sand and salt of the ocean.
The guest bedroom is equally comfortable and features a queen size bed with a desk area. Enjoy the smart TV to watch all of your favorite shows for added entertainment. The large guest bathroom off the hallway has a walk-in shower and all the necessary amenities for a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach.
The living room is the perfect spot for lounging and enjoying the peaceful garden views. There is a smart TV, with cable, in the living room that will keep you entertained while still taking in the beauty of Hawaii. The living room opens up to the lanai, where you can take in even more of the tropical views.
The kitchen features full-size appliances and all the cooking essentials you could need to whip up delicious, local-inspired meals. The dining area just off the kitchen also takes advantage of the beautiful views, with seating for up to four people. Pack light and take advantage of the full-size private washer and dryer in the unit.
The large lanai is the perfect spot to relax and take in the tranquility of Hawaii. Enjoy peeks of the ocean and the ambiance of the tropical birds to further enhance the atmosphere. The private BBQ on the lanai is perfect for cooking up some fresh island seafood while taking in the scenery.
The complex offers a communal pool, hot tub, and covered picnic area making it an excellent spot to mingle with other guests or enjoy a meal while poolside.

Unit was perfectly located for either beach, quick drive to Kailua village or south to visit coffee farms. Management was very accommodating.
Wonderful property in close proximity to everything we wanted to do on the Kona side of the Island.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo and location on the golf course. Condo was equipt with everything that you would need from full stocked kitchen to laundry facility within the condo. Loved that we could cook our meals and wash our laundry at our convenience. The walk out to the lanai with the outdoor fans were so relaxing. The only issue we had was the fact that there was no AC. The only AC was in the back bedroom to the right. The rest of the condo was very hot even with the doors open. We had to buy another stand up fan for the unit because the ceiling fans were not strong enough to cool off the condo or room without the AC unit. It was miserably hot, where you would drip and be sticky. We planned lots of outdoor activities so that we would not be in the condo during the day and only to sleep. Really and highly suggest looking into AC unit for the entire condo.
