Wonderful family vacation home, BBQs in the afternoon and lots of pool time. Very comfortable.
Property was perfect for our family.
Our family enjoyed our week on the big island. The house was a perfect home base for us to relax & rest up for the next adventure We spent a few days at the house swimming looking at the views from the lanai & pool. Loved it all!
The house was wonderful very roomy and clean with anything you would need for your stay . We especially enjoyed the beach toys and bags !! Very comfortable house ..
Great stay. Hawaii in winter, pool isn’t heated and no AC here, so first day was warm until we got into the rhythm of opening up all the windows and taking a dip in the pool before bed. Lots of beach towels and good kitchen and small but clean bbq. Great for a small family, as usual Kona coast vacations is a great company to rent from.
This was a wonderful house that could have used more and better fans to keep the master bedroom cool
All of us enjoyed our stay. Three cousins and spouses celebrating milestone anniversaries this year. Wonderful experience, beautiful sunsets and lots of great conversation on the lanai. Private, quiet and we would recommend this property to anyone!
Good location. Nothing walkable but the shopping center was a short 5 min drive away. The main town was 15-20 min away (not far but there was often traffic). Good launching point for activities all over the island. The house suited our group of 6 well. (2 couples, each with a 15 year old daughter). The pool was kind of cold the week we were there so we didn’t spend a lot of time in it, but the sunsets on the lanai were great. The house overall was very clean and functional. Some of the fixtures were a little dated but had no issues with anything.
The property is dated. But the view and pool we’re assume!
