the property was perfect for our stay, I spent more time on the porch (lanai) than anywhere, This place had everything on site you could think of. We used the beach towels, the boogie boards, and the snorkeling equipment on our beach days. Shopping and eating right up the hill, such easy access to everything, I would stay again in a heartbeat.. beautiful neihborhood,,, and so quiet..
What a fantastic property! Well appointed and comfortable; everything you need. Beautifully landscaped as well. Nice quiet neighborhood in a great location.Perfect for two adult couples (kids too). Property management very attentive and responsive.Would recommend this property to all folks heading to the Big Island.
The Holua home was an excellent place for the four of us. It is on a quiet street and the home provided all that we needed. It was also well supplied. We especially liked having beach chairs and boogie boards for our times at the water. We are glad we reserved this place.
This is a great family spot that is close to several nice beaches. Outside of town on a little side street so it's nice and quiet but also just a short drive to restaurants and such. We will be back next time we visit the big island.
The place was as advertised and quite nice and off the beaten path from traffic. The reason for the rating was that the temperature was set at 73 with air conditioning and we were not able to change it. We like to sleep with windows open when in Hawaii and have much less A/C. It was also more costly for the owners since the A/C was always on. We prefer to manage the temperature on our own. The property manager was very responsive.
This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Beautiful house, great location. Only problem this time was that the inside wasn't very clean and the ac wasn't working our 1 st night stay. After talking to the property manager they quickly came out and attempted to to give it a wipe down and got the ac working. Would definitely stay here again.
totally lived up to advertising
Very nice place to stay!
That wasn't our group makeup, but we made it work. The sleeping loft beds are neither accessible nor comfortable for adults. There's a futon couch in an office-like space that folds flat for a bed.
We really enjoyed staying at this property. Very private but close enough to everything we needed. Contained everything we could have wanted. Would definitely stay there again if we venture back to Hawaii
