House was perfect for our family vacation. Location was great to downtown and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Outdoor space was awesome and view was spectacular.
Kitchen was amazingly stocked!! Plenty of cookware, serving items, and dishes to host the 10 adults staying with us. And the extra refrigerator was a must for a large group. The A/C units in each room worked wonderfully and made quick work of the humidity so sleeping was very comfortable. Property managers answered my calls and questions! Very positive interactions with them. The concierge lined up a fantastic zip lining experience for our entire group. The ONLY improvement we could suggest is for the hot tub the be able to be heated up and used in the morning. The golfers in our group would have appreciated that.I don’t think I could have found a more perfect house for our group! Loved every minute!
The house and kitchen amenities were great. The pool and hot tub were very nice but the pool water was pretty cold so wasn’t used as much as we wanted to. and you could not start heating the spa water until after 2:30 when the filtering ended. It was too cold to use earlier in the days. We felt it could have been filtered during the night so we could have started the heating of the spa earlier.

The house is as described, which isn't always the case with vacation rentals. This house was perfect for multiple couples and extended family. 10 of us (4 generations) stayed for a week and the house was very well designed to allow everyone their own space when needed, but had enough room for everyone to gather for meals prepared in the very well stocked kitchen. Cooking was made very easy compared to other places we've stayed. All the adults commented on how well the house was setup. The host was also very responsive to questions and easy to work with.
Our family of three generations stayed at this home for 6 days/7 nights the first week of July, 2025. This house was absolutely perfect!! The number of bedrooms and the ensuite baths worked out great. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the plentiful outdoor seating, and the fresh starfruit and key limes from the side yard. The kitchen was extremely well stocked--everything you could possibly need and then some. The home and grounds were clean and the beds were comfortable. Communications with property management was fantastic! Very responsive to any questions we had. We received emails several weeks in advance offering concierge services and we received information and "house guidelines/rules" prior to our trip. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues during our stay and they were taken care of immediately. The ocean view was wonderful and we even got to enjoy a perfect view of the July 4th fireworks off of Ali'i Drive. I would strongly recommend this home for a great stay in the Kailua-Kona area. We appreciated the opportunity to have a once in a lifetime Hawaiian family vacation and great memories made at this home.
The house and grounds were beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which is wonderful when you're traveling with 9 people! The view was amazing. We loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!!
The house is just amazing. The views are beautiful, neighborhood is safe and lots of animals around.The kitchen has everything you would need. The 5 bedrooms all have AC and were very comfortable. Our grandkids just loved the pool and hot tub. We just loved the location of the house, easy access to highway and stores were close by. Will for sure stay there again

The house and property were in excellent condition. we were impressed with the initial supplies provided and with the dishes and cookware. The pool and hot Tub were well maintained. The sunset views were spectacular. The location was just a short drive to groceries and necessities. Kona Coast Vacations and Concierge, David,were excellent in responding to any of our questions.
Great location to Kona. House was lovely. Plenty of room for people to socialize or have time to themselves. Kitchen is well stocked and we found the layout easy for several people to be working in the kitchen at once. While not really a complaint, one thing that might be a nice improvement would be cushions on the lounge chairs by the pool. We totally enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back to this house.
We stayed here with 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool and spa were wonderful and the sunsets from the patio and balcony were a delight every night. The house is well stocked for those who, like us, cooked most of our meals. The location is a short 5 minute drive to the farmer's market and downtown shopping. Major retail stores like costco, walmart, and safeway were only 10 minutes away. Overall it was a fantastic place for a family vacation on a semi-private drive with little traffic.
We had a wonderful time in Kona for our family vacation! We had 8 adults (2 parents 6 grown kids), rooms worked out well with 5 bdrm 5 bathrooms :). The hot tub was great for the evenings after a day of activities. Great location, easy to get to beaches to snorkel and relax. We rented 2 cars, parking was safe and easy. New Grill was wonderful! Well stocked kitchen for cooking and serving meals.
The home was perfect for our week stay in Kona! The house was clean & spacious. The pool, view from the pool and location close in to Kona was also perfect. The kitchen and bar area was well stocked with all the essentials including glassware and plastic poolside dishware. Beds and linens were comfortable. We would come back to this home and have already recommended the home to friends. We also appreciated the welcome basket upon arrival and the excellent communication from your staff before checkin!
Large group for the Ironman. Loved this property. We were nervous about AC only being in the bedrooms but it was totally fine! Great space to spread out. Loved having a wet bar and extra frig. Helped so much with food prep for our large group. Would definitely stay here again!
The property is equipped with EVERYTHING. Best house we've ever had regarding that. Bedrooms are very conducive to a family as each has its own bath. Pool nice, common areas nice. Five minute drive to Kona.
The house had everything we needed for our stay with 7 guests. It was in the perfect location, convenient to stores, restaurants and the airport. The neighborhood and view were incredible. David our concierge was amazing! We were able to book several activities and he helped us rebook two things last minute after one place canceled. Everyone was very pleased and we would stay again.
The house was perfect for our mixed families, totaling 10 people. Everyone had a private bath. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and super fun with a great view of the ocean- perfect for sunsets! Location is nice for everything on the Kona side (beaches, town, marina), but it is a hike to get to black sand beach, volcanoes NP and Hilo from here. Loved every minute- would highly recommend.
We loved our stay, everything about the house was as described. The only issue we had was one of the bedrooms had no shower pressure which we had to just not use the shower. We will book it again when we go!!
