Being in Princeville also means being close to shopping, dining, beautiful tropical beaches with breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous hiking trails. Its quite, private and tranquil location makes it a perfect place to come back and relax after a long day of exploring the beauty of Kauai. In addition, the place boasts large living room with an open kitchen and a dining room which is perfect for entertaining or just kick back with a cocktail in your hand.
The master bedroom is completely separated from the Loft area with a wall and a door (unlike other units that have the bedroom open to the loft), it has a King size bed and its own balcony. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and a private Lanai as well. Each bedroom has an adjacent private bathroom and powder room.

Great location, easy to explore the area. Played a few rounds of rounds, Hokuala and Princeville Makai, and Wailua. Kamaaina rate at Wailua was very reasonable.We’re already talking about another quick trip to Kauai !Aloha
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I loved how the loft bedroom had a door to separate it from the rest of the loft. And our morning walk down the golf course to the cliffs edge was beautiful! I would absolutely recommend this condo to others.Mahalo!!!
Well eqiuped large condo, wonderful view to the ocean and the Fairways Currently there is a construction ongoing no good pictures from outside and noice Veranda roof is not dry caused by construction .

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and it was very well equipped and maintained. Fans all around were welcomed and nice. The kitchen was great and our view was lovely. Our family of four had an awesome time at Alex’s condo. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. (And everything is in like-new condition!) We loved the quiet complex and the beautiful golf course and ocean views from the lanai. The condo feels very private. We hope to be back soon!
