Puu Poa Ocean Bluff Condo, Incredible Views, Walk to Beaches

Great access to all points of the island. Beautiful scenery. Everything was clean and modern.

This condo and patio are very spacious and view is beautiful. Love the general location. The kitchen and the beach gear are very very well stocked. High quality back pack coolers. The bed is EXTREMELY comfortable. The dining room chairs beautiful but impractical, hard and very heavy. Same for the patio furniture. Large heavy cushions are comfy but it rains a lot and it's hard to bring them in all the time. Lighter cushions would have been more practical or patio furniture that doesn't need cushions. Again they looked really good but not practical. There are some drainage issues on the patio so it was wet and pretty dirty most of the time. We swept it a lot. They need to provide more towels. One face cloth, 2 hand towels per guest for a week is not enough. I had to go buy my own. They needs to add some kind of a shade on the front door because the neighbors had their TV on and it lit up our front room and our bedroom at night. Also because of the way the unit faces headlights from cars at night light up patio, atrium and master bedroom. It's a beautiful and spacious condo but IMO needs a few adjustments to make it a truly great stay

A beautiful Condo in a great location with an amazing view. All the amenities that one could ask in the kitchen, laundry, BBQ grill and pull-out sofa. We loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone staying in the north shore who wants easy access to the Princeville, Hanalei, Napali trails and Kilauea areas. We even locked ourselves out the first night and Tracey was available to help us get the backup key from the lockbox and continue our trip easily.

From the moment we walked in until the morning we closed the door behind us, we never tiredof the expansive ocean view and accompanying soundtrack. We had a truly amazing time inKauai and no matter whether we were out enjoying the Na Pali coast from the water or the air, itwas always a joy to come home to your home.The attention to detail you provided us in advance, and in the binder, left no questionsunanswered and guided us through your expectations of leaving this gem as polished as wefound it for the next guests. The only guidance you offered that I would consider changing is amore up to date description of the challenges of using the path to Hideaway Beach: Traversingits terrain is not for the faint of heart nor those with average strength and reflexes.Mahalo

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, just steps away from the ocean, with absolutely breathtaking views from the house. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the coast. Highly recommended—we’d love to come back!

The location and features of this property were just what we needed. I booked it based on the skylit atrium, and it did not disappoint. I spent happy hours there, rain or shine, with my husband or alone when he was hiking. The view of the waves on the rocky beach was wonderful, and the constant sound of the surf made a soothing backdrop. Tracey was great to work with; she let us know we might be impacted by some renovation on a nearby unit and compensated with early check in, which worked great for our situation. Our kids who were leaving the island would have gladly stayed there with us! The master bed was very comfortable, and we did not miss a/c due to the great ocean breeze.

We absolutely loved this condo. One of the best views from a rental property I’ve ever experienced. Condo was big, clean and exactly as advertised. While I would’ve preferred a/c, it was really great listening to the ocean each night with the windows open.

Everything was as described. Great quiet location, close to beaches, awesome views. Make sure you ask Tracey for recommendations for restaurants etc, Everything you need here for your stay.

Phenomenal property nestled above the cliffs on the North Shore in Princeville. The accommodations were impeccable with everything you would need to have a fantastic time on Kauai. Communication with the property manager was fantastic and everything went even better than we hoped. They have extra gear for the beach and the view is breathtaking. We will definitely make another trip back thank you so much for having us you made my fiancé‘s birthday week special.

This property is everything it says that it is and more. Excellent location. Beautiful views. Close to a variety of food and shops. Comfortable accommodations and safe quiet location. If you want to regularly visit shops or restaurants in poipu and further south this isn’t your location but you really don’t need to leave hanalei haena or princeville areas very often! Would recommend hitting walmart or Safeway before heading up as the local foodland is rather expensive in comparison. Overall would come here time and time again!

Great location right above one of best beaches on north shore. Million dollar view. Some in group not accustomed to lack of A/C so that would be only negative if that is important to you.

Great place, very large and comfortable! Decorations are professionally done and tasteful! View is spectacular and local. We loved playing Surfing Monopoly! The only thing I could think of to improve the time we stayed would be AC. Definitely want to come back!

My family spent a week in this home and couldn’t be happier. It was absolutely perfect for a family of four. All details were 100% accurate and the view is as good as it gets! We definitely plan to stay here again, thanks for a great week!

Wonderful condo, great location beautiful views from inside and on the lanai! Nice breeze through the sliders.

We were so happy with this condo. Very nice area and always felt safe. We loved the space and open floor plan. We saw whales from our balcony and turtles every day in the bay below. We loved having the BBQ grill and access to all sorts of beach gear. The patio furniture was perfect and the scenery was amazing. We would most definitely stay in this unit if we returned to this area again.

This spectacular property is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The condominium was clean, very well furnished and tastefully decorated. The interior space is bright and airy with beautiful views. Our favorite space was the atrium - a literal window to the sky and stars above and the pounding surf below. The lanai is spacious with lots of seating and a gas grill. We highly recommend this property. Jeanie and Bob
