Safe, secure, and private our home provides you with the ultimate setting for relaxation and adventure. Whales breech, dolphins jump, and surfers ride the waves all in front of your eyes.

A short drive down the hill takes you to Hanalei Bay along with shops and restaurants.
Princeville Resort Community has a wonderful jog walk path to Prince Albert park and the Princeville shopping center. Princeville shopping center features foodland grocery store for groceries, shops restaurants and a gas station to fill up for your sightseeing travels.
If you like to relax in the sun or fill your day with sporting activities, this is the place to come. We are located near the 27 hole Makai golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones.
Golf - 27 holes on the Makai Courses. If tennis is your game, enjoy the condo's private tennis courts or participate in the Princeville resort tennis club where you can find all levels of competition. Go reef snorkeling, surfing, and sun bathing just below on secluded 'Hideaways Beach' (please be advised there are no life guards on duty).
This is truly paradise!
Located on Kauai’s incredible north shore overlooking the Blue Pacific Ocean. It is just steps from the Luxurious 1 Hotel Hanalei in the Princeville Resort. You're steps away from the spectacular pool - private for Pu'u Po'a residents - who share access (our experience is there is very little use by others, so we've always felt it was our private pool). Enjoy the tennis and pickleball court.
This condo is on the ground floor, the parking lot is mid level. There are stairs that go down to the ground level to access condo.
The condo is walking distance to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, shop’s, restaurants, and beach access.
Accommodation includes, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, blender, 12 cup coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach umbrella, and a pickleball set, a great place to stay!

This is a beautifully furnished and well-maintained property with an unobstructed western view of the ocean (beautiful sunsets every night), spacious and comfortable in every way. The kitchen has a great induction stovetop and electric oven for easy meal preparation. However the outdoor grill is electric (likely due to fire codes?) and does not give the same results as a gas grill. Communications with Lorie, the property manager, were excellent! We enjoyed our stay immensely.
Very clean and equipped. Beautiful views. Excellent location and facilities. Has 4 beach chairs and plentiful other chairs to sit on and view. Front door sticks, the dead bolt unlocks but not the latch. Put olive oil on the latch, then the latch worked every time The coffee maker is a drip coffee machine. Easy walk to 1 Hotel. the path to the beach in front of the hotel is to the left of the hotel guard shack. 190 steps but worth it. One can also go through the hotel. the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is fabulous with spectacular views.

Everything you could need was there
Beautiful view. Spacious accommodations. Quiet area. Well stocked kitchen (no seasonings or any supplemental food items, though. And no left-over storage like Tupperware). Comfortable beds. We really loved it. Reminder… it is a flight and a half down to the Vrbo…and no elevators.

We cooked in a couple nights and the condo had everything we needed. Beautiful sunsets out the window and our children loved being able to play on the lawn or walk right over on the lawn to the pool. Beware - this condo is not for young children - there is a steep cliff drop off right out the door. We felt perfectly safe with our 6 and 8 yo who are good listeners and understand risk. But something to be mindful of if you have toddlers.The beds were extremely comfy, AC worked great, house is full of fans to keep air circulating, there were beach chairs and beach towels for our use and washer and dryer worked well.We are thrilled with our stay, hope to be back soon!!
