!!! OCEANVIEW!!! 2Bdm Reno'd Top-Floor Kamaole Beach

Beautiful condo in a great location. Very clean, well-appointed, easy check-in/check-out. Gorgeous grounds, lots to do both on-site and close by. Easy walk to at least 3 pristine beaches. The beach/ocean toys were a huge bonus!

Everything was perfect!

Our first trip to Maui was amazing in large part due to the great property that Annette has. Kamaole Beach was a short and very convenient walk from the property. On this beach, we were visited by turtles in the water almost every day, and it is close to a wonderful snorkeling spot. The unit was located in the middle of the complex with a great view of the pool (which we used most days). We made good use of the kitchen and washer/dryer to feel right at home. The property is very well maintained, spacious, and felt very clean. We are excited to return to Maui in the future and will be staying at this place again!

This condo is great and has everything you need! We are a two bedroom, two bathroom family and Annette's place had the space we needed and more. Super comfortable and is on a nice property that is very laid back. Pool is lovely and beach is a short walk across the street. Property is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short drive to almost anywhere on the island. Condo provides beach chairs/towels and you can rent an umbrella from the resort. Annette is beyond gracious and a super, super responsive host. She went out of our way to accommodate us and make sure we had a relaxing time during our stay.

No major complaints! Fantastic location, central to the action both in Kihei and Wailea. Easy to get to highway. Unit was nice and spacious. Views were spectacular as promised. Felt cleaning could have been a touch better when we arrived but overall the place was a 10. Very comfortable and provided a great homebase between all our amazing Maui adventures. Would for sure stay here again. The owner was super responsive too. Well stocked with key amenities. Book it! You won’t regret it!

Loved our stay! The place looked just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean from the lanai was the best part. We enjoyed many sunsets on it. The owner was also great to deal with.

A needed two week break from winter with our family. Condo was wonderful with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Ocean view was amazing, with sunset views (although we were on the beach for most of the sunsets). Easy walking distance to Kam III beach and South Kehei. Property view and location is incredible. Check in and check out was seamless. The owner was available and willing to communicate promptly if needed. Watching sunsets and rises were stunning and the grounds of the property are extremely well taken care of and gorgeous. We can’t wait to come back and we highly recommend this property on Maui paradise. Mahalo!

This 4th floor, 1 bedroom/1 loft bedroom condo next to the elevator veiled beautiful views of the property and ocean. Easy in/out parking, kitchen equipped with necessities and washer/dryer. Great place!

We rent the property to spent Christmas on Hawaii. The property was clean and cozy. Also it has a very good location - only 5 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk to the closes restaurants.Specially, I want to mention that property owner was in contact with us all the time and was very helpful with accommodations

Had the most amazing stay in this apartment- it was perfectly situated to explore the island and had everything you could need including beach chairs, access to a communal pool and a balcony overlooking the complex. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Spotlessly clean, furnished to a high standard and with a fabulous view of the beach.

Annette was very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect, condo is clean and spacious. Quiet location even with work going on around the property. Annette went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and even extend our time on our last day for a late check out. We will be back! 10/10 recommend

The space was exactly as described. Plenty of space for my family of 4. It came with beach chairs and a cooler which came in very handy on beach days. It was also very centrally located in Kihei with shops, restaurants, and rental places all within walking distance. Annette was an amazing host. She’s so pleasant and answered any texts immediately. The staff at Kam Sands were so friendly and polite. The grounds are kept up on a regular basis. The pool and hot tubs were cleaned every morning. I’d give Annette and this place 10 stars if I could. Additional notes on our experience. We felt Kam 1 was the best of the 3 Kam beaches. We ended up driving to it even though it’s not far and there is parking lot across the street with plenty of space so it easy and convenient. It’s a good beach if you want to rent a paddle board. We fell in love with Ulua Beach which is about a 7 minute drive toward Wailea. It was great for snorkeling. We saw tons on fish, sea urchins, and even a few sea turtles which was very cool. Mahalo

Stay at this unit in Kamaole Sands was amazing! A beautiful unit overlooking the pool, and common grounds and beyond that the beach an sunset. The unit was immaculate. Everything was very clean, beds were very comfortable and even had some beach accessories for us use as guests including snorkels and googles. Restaurants, the beach and other amenities just a couple blocks away too. Cannot wait for the next opportunity to return again!

As with our previous stays at this accommodation, we couldn’t ask for more. From the moment we step foot in the condo we feel at home and excited to make more memories in Maui. We have stayed in this particular suite 4 times now, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. There’s actually many reasons, the decor and amenities of the suite itself, the Kamaole Sands property is maintained to perfection, location, location, location, just to name a few. Only disappointing party of the trip was when we were packing up to come home. Cannot wait till our next visit.

Fabulous location in south Kihei. Complex has beautiful grounds and a great pool. Unit has amazing sunset views and is quiet. Worked well for two couples. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Had a wonderful stay and the owners were very hospitable and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home while exploring Kihei.
