Kamaole Sands 9-301 - Luxurious Renovation, Split AC, Wi-Fi, Ocean View Condo

Nice clean property with good appliances. Really nice extras. We appreciated the quality beach umbrella and beach chairs. Every VRBO in Maui should include.

Very comfortable condo. Bed was great. Close to Kihei Beaches and Wailea Beaches. Condo grounds were beautiful. All staff was very helpful and friendly. Kitchen was full of all needed to cook meals.

We have stayed at the Kamaole Sands Resort several times. It is the perfect location being within walking distance to the beach. It is conveniently located close to a variety of dining and shopping, and is somewhat centerally located from a variety of activities. The unit itself is nothing overly fancy but it worked very well for my husband, our 14 year old daughter, and myself. We spend most of our time out and about. The only complaint I would have is that the air conditioning units didn't seem to get real cold while they were running. They possibly needed cleaned or serviced. The extra floor fans helped keep it somewhat comfortable. We would consider renting this unit again.

We stayed in this unit for two weeks. It was a great location. The unit was clean and well stocked including beach chairs and an umbrella.

We were happy with this clean and comfortable accommodation. The communication from the host was excellent and everything went as planned. The kitchen was well stocked and furnishings/decor were good quality. Location near pool and BBQs was good. The lanai doesn't offer much of a view and overlooks a busy, noisy driveway so we didn't find it as enjoyable as other units we've rented.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to many fantastic beaches.

We came to Maui to attend our friends wedding. All of the wedding party stayed at Kamaole Sands. It was great. We had dinner parties at the BBQ areas, it was easy to make our sides in our condo due to having everything we needed. Great location to the beach. And great location to everything fun in Kibea!

The listing agent was absolutely wonderful to work with. The condo is at a good location. Having a second bathroom was greatly appreciated even for just the two of us. The TV was a challenge, but the listing agent stepped in and rescued us. We took a lot of drives to be able to see as much of the island as possible and get our geocaching hobby accomplished. We had fun watching a couple of baby birds on the light fixture on the lanai grow. I recommend giving this condo unit a try. Starter toiletries were provided.

This was the first time we have used Vrbo and we were very happy with the whole experience. It was very easy to check in and the condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location. We hope to return next year. Highly recommend this beautiful condo and using Vrbo. Thank you so very much.

Just a great time. The condo was excellent. The beach across the street superb.

Air conditioning was a problem. Both the living area and bedroom split airs were on one four hour timer. No remotes were provided so we could not change the temperature or the fan speed on the units. We awoke after four hours when the bedroom’s temperature rose and had to get up and reset the timer. This did not make for a good nights sleep. The living room was not cool enough especially when cooking. We kept the drapes closed to help keep the temperature down. If you want to be able to control the temperature of the air conditioning this is not the unit for you. I must say that the management company were great and tried to do their best to remedy the situation.

Our stay was good. This unit is perfect for someone who is looking for reasonable accommodations and not something fancy. Basically it will get the job done. We only had a couple of irritations with this place. The floors could use a good mopping as they were pretty dirty and left our feet dirty right after taking a shower. The A/C is on a 4 hour timer. So if you’re staying during a hot time be prepared to wake up every 4 hours to reset the timer for the A/C. This made us feel less comfortable but it was manageable thankfully because the weather was cooler this time. Like I said, this place is nothing fancy but if you are looking for a decent place to stay this place can work.

Three families stayed here in three different units at kamaole sands…everything was great, easy to figure out and easy distances to everywhere..our unit was clean and even had some spices and a bit of coffee for that first morning. Will be back

My wife and I stayed here during our Honeymoon for 9 days, and it was perfect for us. You could honestly sleep 4 here and still be really comfortable. The location is perfect, you’re within 10-15 minutes from anything in Kihei and Wailea. Being right across the street from the Kamaole beaches makes it even better, and the sunset views are awesome. I’ve been to Maui 4 other times, and this has definitely became my favorite area to stay in. We would 100% stay here again. 10/10.

Great location, suite and property

Fantastic location in Kihei, close to everything. Very quiet and clean complex with on-site amenities as well. Unit was well stocked with essentials and very clean. Close to several beaches and a short walk to Wailea.

The location was wonderful. A short walk to a beautiful beach. We really appreciated that the unit had beach towels chairs & an umbrella. The complex was clean and quiet with several BBQ stations. Highly recommend!

This was a good stay overall and the property managers were great. Some issues when we arrived but they responded and handled it so quickly and very well. The property is absolutely stunning and I would definitely come back here!

This property is conveniently located close to the beach. It has large leaving room. The unit is very well air-conditioned. Air conditioning is running on timer which we found very convenient. Kitchen is fully equipped for any type of cooking. We would love to come back again.
