Kamaole Sands 6-303 - Courtyard and Ocean Views from Renovated 3rd Floor Condo

This is a wonderful place for our trip to Maui! The condo was immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals. There were also beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a cooler to take to the beach. The grounds of the complex are beautiful. I've never stayed in Kihei, and there really is so much to do in the area. Snorkeling, fabulous restaurants, and shopping. I hope to stay here again!

We had everything we needed in the apartment for our 2 week stay with a baby. The host was extremely friendly and responsive to all our questions. The apartment felt like a home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This is our 2nd year staying at this condo. Fantastic location. The apartment is well furnished. A significant plus is that the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, appliances, cookware, plus some basic ingredients, which is very helpful.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Tge grounds were well kept as was the pool area.

This lovely condo was perfect for an easy stay near the beach. We loved the ameneties provided, very cleanly with simple layout, and the hosts left a guestbook with wonderful suggestions and recommendations. I personally enjoyed sitted on the outdoor patio with the partial beach view and pool/spa view. In the front of condo that balcony was perfect for sunsets, which were incredible. Overall very comfortable place to stay, as described, had beach equipment we could use. Easy internet access and air/fans. They even had an electric tea kettle and tea! All instructions were clear. Our honeymoon felt very cozy with this location being a nice midpoint to a lot of adventures and local places.

The air conditioner in our room was extremely noisy. We also had a shower track that needed to be glued. I called for service and a handy man was there within the hour. He had to go to a hardware store to get a bushing for the air conditioner, and some very strong glue. It took less than two hours to fix. Great service!!!!!

The condo is clean and quite spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The property is very close to the beach, we got to enjoy the sunset everyday.

We were disappointed in the overall cleanliness(dirty furniture, bugs in the kitchen) as well as the lack of basic items such as beach towels (only 4 beach towels provided), large beach bags (I purchased my own), and a big enough cooler for a family to pack for the beach. There were also very limited beach amenities. Only chairs and umbrellas. No boogie boards or beach toys for kids.

couldnt ask for a better, location, excellent stay, the only grief I had was the no exceptions 4pm check in, especially when your flight arrives at 10AM, also they still required a credit card for "esentials" at check in even though youve already paid? didnt understand why they needed my credit card when they had nothing to do with my stay?

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The condo was super comfortable and clean. The location is great. The construction going on in other buildings at the property had minimal impact - very little noise but there are construction vehicles and materials throughout the parking lot. The unit has several beach chairs and an umbrella. It would have been great for my kids if there was a boogie board and sand toys. We bought some sand toys though and were able to rent a boogy board from the pool area. Otherwise, the condo has everything you would want!

Was very impressed with the updated condo. Had two other family members staying in the same complex, and there condos were no where near the updated and “homey” feeling like this room had. Overall a great place with beautiful grounds and quick access to beaches and stores. Only thing I would change, is being able to check in or out later due to flights. At the end of the day, would still come back and stay at the same room.

Very clean and well appointed. Everything we could need was furnished and i definitely over packed. They supply beach towels and the washer and dryer were great for cleaning up wet suits from the day at the beach. The beach is about a minute walk and I believe it’s the nicest public beach in the area. Bed and linens were very comfortable and we all felt very safe walking the area. The only negatives would be that there is no air conditioning. It got very warm by the afternoon. We had to keep the patio doors open at night to cool it down and the street traffic was a little noisy. Also, the dishwasher was broke the entire time of our stay. Hopefully that will be fixed before their next renters arrive. We had a wonderful time and the front desk worker Lisa was so great and welcoming. I would certainly recommend staying here if you enjoying the beach and plan on spending most of your vacation at the water.

This condo was simply amazing. The ocean view, lack of sun, and proximity to the pool were all great! Whether it was morning or afternoon we could be on the lanai at any time due to the shade and simply enjoy the environment . Would definitely book this condo again!

The condo was perfect. We were very happy to have everything we needed for a day at the beach and all the necessities we could ever need in the kitchen and condo. We'll be back!

The condo couldn’t have been better. It was well equipped from linens, to the kitchen, to furnishings. The location is wonderful. The beach is even closer than we thought! Sunsets are awesome and so are the views of the West Maui mountains.

We had a wonderful time and the unit could not have been better.

Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Useful beach equipment stocked as well. On the downside, we were often woke up very early by roosters and other very loud birds. We also had to leave the condo for an afternoon with less than 24 hours notice, so pesticide spraying could be done. Not sure it worked, as we found a large cockroach in the shower the next day. Overall not the best adventure but we do like adventures.
