Property Overview
Located on the third floor of highly desirable Building 5, Kamaole Sands 5-303 has been beautifully remodeled in an upscale, elegant Hawaiian tone. The unit overlooks the tropical courtyard, with great ocean views beyond.
Every amenity and guest consideration has been addressed: it's air conditioned throughout, and features oversized Italian tile, granite counters, and stylish Plantation shutters. The fully equipped kitchen is set up to prepare and serve your private tropical feast, with full-sized appliances and an array of cookware. Wi-Fi is free, and premium cable is broadcast through a beautiful new flat screen. There is a washer-dryer in the unit.
The bed is a newer high end King with luxury bedding, and luxury linens throughout. There are 2 bathrooms in the unit (most 1-bedrooom condos have 1), and the layout is super spacious and open.
The highly rated Kamaole Sands is directly across the street from Kamaole III Beach, and the unit is a one minute walk to the sand. Warm-water swimming and a pristine reef with amazing snorkeling await, and Kam III is a favorite snacking ground for our wondrous Sea Turtle population. There is a shoreline walking path that runs along the water for several miles, past the Wailea resorts.

The highly rated Kamaole Sands resort has a lush courtyard, the largest resort pool in South Kihei, that also includes two jacuzzies (one family and one adult only) as well as a splash pool for the kids. It is also a short walk across the street to the pristine Kamaole III Beach. The resort also boasts tennis courts, a newly renovated workout facility and immaculate grill areas with ample room for dining.
The property consists of 10, four-story buildings on 15 acres of lush, tropical Maui in a resort like setting across from Kamaole III beach park in South Maui.

The host kindly explained and guided me in detail to the smallest details, so I had a pleasant trip throughout the stay without any inconvenience The location of the accommodation is in the middle of Maui Island, so it is close to the airport and is the best location to visit many tourist attractions. There is a beach close to the accommodation, and the accommodation is very good for relaxing quietly. If I have a chance to travel to Maui next time, this is the accommodation I want to stay again

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was centrally located and a great spot if you are looking to travel all around the island. The place was clean and comfortable. The view from the room is great too - you can see the sunset right from the balcony.

First off, I have to say how amazing the hosts were. Thanh you for being so kind and assisting us when needed. The room was clean, well equipped for the beach and a great place to stay! I would definitely come back!
This was the perfect unit for our family vacation. The unit itself had all the amenities we needed, especially the second shower for getting everyone cleaned up quickly. The view was beautiful, perhaps one of the best on the property, overlooking the pristine grounds, pool, and ocean. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, pool and spa, and the easy access to the beach. The property managers were great. We asked to extend our stay by 1 day and they quickly responded and approved our request.

We stayed 17 nights and were completely happy with the unit for our stay. There were only 2 of us we found the unit very spacious compared to other Maui condos that we have stayed at. The kitchen has been updated and well stocked for your cooking needs. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
This unit was very comfortable. The king sized bed was comfortable as well as the furniture. Everything worked perfectly. The view from the lanai was wonderful to see the sunset. The unit was clean and had everything needed. Communication was excellent and it was easy to check in and out. The complex was great too! We used the gym and it was very nice. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The location of the unit was across the street from three beautiful beaches and many great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Kamaole Sands. The unit was perfect for my husband and I. Well equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella, and a full stocked kitchen, although it could use a few more piece of cutlery. The management company was easy to reach when we lost the wifi and quick to send someone over to rectify the problem. We would definitely stay at the condo again.
We had a wonderful time. Clean, every amenity you needed, updated kitchen with all the things! Very responsive management company when we had one little issue it was fixed immediately. When I had a question they responded immediately. We had a great time and would highly recommend this management company and this unit! It looks like all the photos as well in real life. Mahalo
Awesome place. Lots of things to do and a beautiful view of the pool and ocean.
Our stay here was wonderful… we really do love this location and this particular unit was perfect for our needs. Plenty of kitchen gadgets if you’re into preparing your own meals. Loved the use of beach chairs and beach umbrella. The WiFi was a little spotty especially if you’re trying to use it in the bedroom. Aside from that this was another perfect stay in Maui… Mahalo!
