Property was as described. Comfortable and convenient. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. In unit washer and dryer was such a convenience.

Beach amenities included boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, snorkeling equipment, wagon, ballls, etc. The condo was clean and had beach towels available. Great view of the pool. It was perfect for my family and I’d rent it again!

Loved the view of Kam III from the unit! The unit itself is newly remodeled. Has a fully stocked kitchen and the beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing, the view from the patio was beautiful and the condo was clean and comfortable! The hosts were easy to communicate with as well as accommodating. Would stay there again for sure!

It is much reasonable than the hotel. Very quiet place.

Four of us - mom and 3 adult kids - it was reasonable. Would have loved for it to be a bit closer to restaurants etc.

Have stayed at Kamaolesands many times. This unit is one of the best We didn’t need a thing Kitchen well equipped. Top of the line appliances. If this unit is available when you’re looking. Don’t hesitate Book it You won’t be sorry

It was a very nice updated unit, well run as usual by PMI Maui. Our weather this year was perfect and we could see all the beautiful sunsets over the ocean right from our lanai. Although a little disruptive at times the construction - new metal roof on building 5 and new solar panels on some buildings - served to remind us that Kamaole Sands, constantly being updated will be around for a long time.

Phenomenal location with a quick 2 min walk across the street to beautiful beaches. Great pool and hot tubs on site, decent but small gym luckily it wasn’t busy. The unit we stayed in was very clean, open and had a nice “Hawaiian vibe”. We will definitely return.

We had an amazing time at the condo basically just needed somewhere to spend the night as we had many day trip adventures planned left most mornings early and we’re home after sunset. The pool was great for the kids to burn just that little bit of energy after riding in the car Back from our days adventure …. definitely saving this location listing so that next time we are back in Maui, we will be staying here. They have a great set up as far as sand toys and boogie boards and sand chairs. Highly recommend if you have children, this is a great place to stay.

The location is great -right across the street from the beach and just a few minutes to Wailea. We even enjoyed a bunch of walks heading North of the property and found our way to Beach Street Maui Shave Ice more than a few times! The unit itself was clean and well appointed. The layout of the unit worked perfectly for us. On top of it all, Matt at PMI was absolutely great and provided excellent service to us. We have already booked another trip to Kamaole Sands!

We had a gorgeous view of the ocean along with the beautiful landscaping and pool area. We were conveniently located right by the pool and gym area which was another plus. You can’t beat the location being walking distance to the Kamaole beaches which all have lifeguards. We also were able to walk to great restaurants down the street as well. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled and had all the items you would want. My only critique is that the beds weren’t as comfortable as I would have hoped but most beds aren’t like your own. All in all, I am SO happy we chose this condo and highly recommend it to anyone.
