Everything in the condo is brand new and finished with high end materials. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Enjoy the shaded lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The gated community was clean, quiet, and the greenery was beautifully manicured. I felt safe living there for 9 days. The location of the condo was in a good and safe area too. We had easy access to beaches and shopping areas only minutes away. Lastly, the condo was very clean and well kept inside, and the condo was modern with a beautiful living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and a beautiful outdoor patio. We really enjoyed the place! We didn’t want to leave! Our hosts were also very responsive anytime we needed anything!I would recommend this stay to anyone.

The condo was bright, updated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the two bathrooms was a bonus. The pool was clean and having access to a beach across the street was amazing. The condo was located near many attractions. Would stay again for sure!

The location couldn’t be better for beach and restaurant access. This is the second time we have rented a condo at Kamaole Sands through PMI Maui. Both times the manager has been available and arrived at the condo literally within minutes to provide assistance when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this condo and rental agency.
