Kamaole Sands 1-307 - Prime Location, Stunning Renovation, Large Lanai, New AC

The amazing location made for a beautiful stay.

Gorgeous condo with everything we needed. Loved the open concept kitchen and how well stocked it was. The AC was amazing! Beautiful property!

After staying here once, we know this will be our regular home base whenever we visit Maui.

We had a last minute booking due to unforeseen issue at our original booking. We booked in the evening and received prompt messages and replies to get us in. They even checked in to make sure that everything was perfect when they hadn't had anyone in the unit a couple days prior. With the extras and furnishings we felt right at home, making our vacation one to remember!

This unit at Kamaole Sands is beautiful. One of the closest units to the beach, a nice sized Lanai with a comfy chair, table and chairs. It’s been recently updated and everything is comfy, cozy and practical as well as higher end quality appliances and fixtures. Nice big TV in the main area and bedroom. Loved our stay. Nothing to complain about at all.

This was our first time staying in Maui, and we are so pleased with the condo we chose to stay at! Beautiful lanai, very clean and well stocked with just about everything you could need! The location is excellent and not too far for exploring both sides of the island. I would definitely recommend Kamole Sands and this unit to others!

This particular unit was amazing. It had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay. We used the pickleball courts every single morning before we started our day which included snorkeling, whale watching, and hanging out at the beach. We could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you for making it so comfortable and easy!

The unit we stayed in was wonderful , everything we needed was there. From beach chairs /umbrella beach towels ect… proximity to the beach was guessing 2-3 minutes walk at the most. We loved sitting out on our lanai for morning coffee, evening dinners and watching the sunsets. We walked everyday 5-6 km lots of walking options or driving a short distance to walk the beach trails in Wailea.We are looking forward to returning next year and stay longer.

We love Kamaole Sands and this condo is lovely. Recently updated, very well-equipped, with a large covered lanai. Booking and checkin/out were super easy. We can't wait to return.

Everything about unit 307 was great. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Very clean, a/c worked great, high end appliances & no carpeting. If you like to cook your meals the kitchen was well equipped. Todd was a great host, easy to communicate with & made us very comfortable. This unit would be our first choice for future trips, Mahalo

Very clean and very nice unit. You can tell they care about their visitors. The lanai is amazing and the kitchen is beautiful! There is everything you would need to cook in the condo. It’s is truly the nicest condo I have stayed in on Maui. Thank you so much for letting me stay in your wonderful home! I will definitely be back!

Really lovely condo unit. Everything is very updated and the space is great. The large lanai was my favorite part of the unit (some other units in the building have a much smaller lanai) and we spent a lot of time there eating, working and reading in the big comfy chair. Kitchen is very well stocked. A/C and internet speed were both great.

The location is great. We could get to the beach and restaurant within walking distance. The place has everything we need. The A/C is a little bit loud as expected. We were not there during the day most of the time and at night it is a little bit cold to have the A/C on anyway. There is a pool downstairs which is very convenient. The pool is 3' on one end and 8' on the other end. My little one could manage to swim at the shallow end by himself. The owner is very responsive. I thought I accidentally left the stove on. I called them and they immediately sent someone to check on the place for us. (and I did turn off the stove before we left.) Overall we recommend this place.

This listing is truly unmatched! Best one I've stayed in by far, and I do a lot of traveling. Will certainly look to book again in the future, hopefully much sooner than later :)

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here and couldn’t have been more perfect. Beautiful property. Loved that it was within walking distance to the beach. Everything we needed was there. We will definitely be going back. Would definitely recommend

In what felt like my home away from home, was this tastefully remodeled condo to create both a tranquil and functional space where nothing distracts from the sunning ocean views across the immaculately manicured lawn of Kamaole Sands, which unfolds from the outsized Lanai (patio). I stayed for 9 weeks and couldn't have been more pleased with Vacation-Maui and their attention to my every need. Todd and his team took great care in designing the condo to be both inspiring and practical, which affords a deep relaxing sleep in the supportive Sealy Posturepedic mattress. The overly comfortable sleeper sofa and second bath were also nice additions, where my guests (I hosted several visits from friends and family) were also well accommodated. Additional features include a full kitchen that can accommodate anything from the cooking of a simple breakfast to a full holiday meal. An added practical rarity at this home is the washer dryer combo. Being part of the Kamaole Sands condominium resort, which features a nice swimming pool, two jacuzzies, multiple gas barbecue grills, and very functional fitness center, makes for an ideal location for vacation retreats and (in my case) extended work trips. Beautiful beaches are just a short walk away from the grounds, not to mention enchanted "secret beaches" nearby. I would certainly consider returning and am very appreciative to Todd for his thoughtful hospitality!
