Panoramic Ocean Views, 150 Feet from Kamaole I Beach, Rooftop Deck, AC

Rooftop was closed for renovations, but otherwise it was an awesome stay.

Beautiful views! Our stay was quiet and relaxing. We had everything we needed and enjoyed how close we were to the beach for early morning swims and sunset views. Room is clean, comfortable and stayed quiet cool.

Unit was as advertised: had everything you could need in kitchen, for beach and other amenities, was close to beach, easy walk to grab lunch or dinner if you didn’t feel like cooking and most importantly beautiful sunsets.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The access to the beach was incredible - we could walk right over. Our favorite part was the view from the balcony - we spent so much time just relaxing and watching the daylight change, sipping coffee and tea. There is also a roof top with a beautiful view, which we enjoyed thoroughly. If you stay here, do not forget to visit the rooftop after sun down to see some incredible ocean views by moonlight. The amenities were great too, having a washer/dryer and kitchen in the unit was great.

This is an amazing place to feel at home while in Kihei! I really appreciate all the thoughtful touches that elevated our stay. in particular, the guide books and coffee maker and comfy bed were so excellent. And the view! Thanks for a great stay in paradise.

This is the perfect place for you to enjoy Maui. It is very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed the walking distance to the beautiful beach. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo; it truly ticked all the boxes! How I miss that lanai in the morning, drinking coffee. The sunsets on the rooftop deck, are memorable and the gas grills are well maintained. The only critique I have is that the living area loveseats and recliner have seen better days, but hey, the price was great!!

5 Star spot! Condo super clean and beautiful view. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom fan. It was very loud and sounds like a jet engine, was very annoying. We found that using the two fans in the bedroom and closing the Lanai shades during the day helped keep condo cooler at night. The bed was very comfy with nice linens. AC worked great too! We have been coming to Maui for 30 years and this condo is in the top 5. We will be back. Mahalo

With this spot you're definitely paying for the location and balcony view ! Which was beautiful, walking distance to restaurants and beaches! We have stayed at this spot (just a different apartment) before and it is always convenient with everything located near by !

This condo was very pleasant to stay at. The photos might make it look a little larger and brighter than it really is, however we thought it was a good value for the location.

This was a great stay for my kids and me. the beach was across the street and the pool was downstairs as an alternative for swimming.

This property is in a great spot of Kihei. Very easy drive to Wailea Shops and minutes from the food trucks in South Maui Gardens and local shops. Very close to the beach with easy access! Plenty of parking too.

This is the second trip we have stayed in the same building (different units each time though). We love the location as it is easily walkable to many restaurants, the triangle bar area, gorgeous beaches, etc. We love walking nearby to get breakfast and enjoying it on the beach before taking off to one of the many awesome beaches nearby for snorkeling. This unit was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We had one minor issue where the beach umbrella was starting to show some wear and tear and when I mentioned this to the property managers, they had someone bring a new one by that same day. Awesome customer service! As others mentioned in their reviews, the air conditioning is located in the living room area but they provide several fans (if needed) and we never felt warm in the bedroom. Would not hesitate to return!

Great location. Just a couple of minutes walking from the beach! Also great restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, etc just a walking distance. The condo has a great view of the beach from the balcony. We had some issues with the electronic lock so we had to use the physical keys. And as stated in previous reviews, the only lowlight is that the bedroom gets warm/hot. The A/C is only located in the living room. Other than this great location!!

The property is well characterized by the online photos. Very representative of the views. The only small criticism is that the bedroom was difficult to cool. The location is within very easy, walking distance of the beach, shops, food, and rentals.

We really enjoyed our time at this property! It was walking distance to the beach which was a big reason why we chose this place. A couple things were not ideal - the wifi only worked for the first day, and as we were trying to connect for work, it made it quite difficult and we ended up having to use a hotspot. Additionally, every morning we were startled awake to loud construction noises on the wall adjacent to our bedroom. Other than that, the place was great. I do wish management had let us know what to expect on those few points, and perhaps we would have chosen a different location.

Just as described, and sitting on the patio was a favorite with this view!! Clean and well stocked.

Central Kihei location with beautiful 180 degree views. This was our second time staying in this building and would stay again. The condo was well stocked. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. The condo was clean, but upon arrival the primary bed wasn’t clean/fresh. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

Great location across the street from Kamaole I beach. Walkable to stores and restaurants. AC helps keep the unit cool in the late afternoons, esp on days with little to no wind
