Aloha!
My condo is located in the heart of Kailua Kona, just two blocks from famous Alii Drive with tons of restaurants and souvenir shops. It’s walking distance to the pier, trolley line and sandy beach by King Kamehameha hotel. Kalanikai is very quiet complex with concrete walls and spectacular grounds. Great location if you do not wish to have a car rental.
1 bed and 1 bath condo is located on the top (3rd) floor with assigned parking space. Inside you will find fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (hopefully). Large living room with pull out sofa and 55“ TV including Amazon Prime and Netflix. We have dedicated work space with desk and color printer. AC unit located in the living room keeps place cool during hot nights. Washer and dryer available in apartment. Spacious bedroom with queen size bed, closet space and private bath. Fast fiber optic internet!

Condo is on the 2nd floor and there are stairs to get to the unit. Elevators are not available. Pool key with a red band is hanging on the left side by the door in the hallway.

We had a very comfortable stay. The pool and bbq area was very nice. We did take advantage of that. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The little lanai was nice for morning coffee. You did hear some street noise, but being 2 block from downtown Kona, that was to be expected. Did not really bother us at all! Great walking distance to almost everything. We would stay here again.
Good place to stay for our first trip to Big Island!This booking had many items stocked for us to do different activities. I would take
Pool area was great. Condo needs a bit of maintenence. Patio door, kitchen cabinet doors had loose screws, electrial plug in bathroom had to get tightened, carpet needs a good cleaning. Condo is in a great location. Condo was well equipped!! Really enjoyed our stay.
Great location in downtown Kona super close to all the good food and cafes! The apartment was greatly equipped with all you would need for your stay and for a beach trip. We travelled with a toddler so we greatly appreciated the availability of the pack and play and the high chair and toys there. Hosts were very helpful with the instructions for check in and very responsive when anything came up. Would definitely be back!!
Amenities were excellent and above and beyond
The condo was really nice, clean, and cozy. The host was very responsive and amenable. The central location was fantastic, which allowed us easy access to all points on our list of things to do. Indeed, the accommodations afforded us the opportunity to experience the Aloha spirit to its fullest extent. Mahalo! See you again soon!
