Casa De Emdeko# 323 1/1 Remodeled,Top Floor, Oceanview, AC, Elevators!

Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay here again. Had a problem getting into the condo but was quickly fixed. The location is great and the grounds were kept in very good condition. There are two pools one fresh water and one salt water near the ocean. Ate most of our meals on the lanai. A/C was great and worked well. Can’t say enough good things about this place but as you can tell we loved it.

Absolutely loved the beach-front property. The bed was fantastically comfortable (maybe the best rental condo bed I've slept in) and the bathroom was wonderful. Pictures of the balcony are slightly misleading; the outdoor table is smaller and less well kept. Otherwise no complaints!

The property check-in/check-out process was straight-forward and very simple. Description of the place was accurate and everything was very clean. Would not hesitate to rent this specific property again during our next visit to Kona.

We enjoyed the value of this condo. The unit was as described. The grounds and salt water pool were uncrowded and relaxing. The property management company was proactive in checking on us during the stay. Only negative: the housekeeping could be a little better, but nothing horrendous.

Lovely property with an ocean side pool and view of the ocean. Condo fully equipped with all one would need. Property owners easily accessible.

Situated just south of the main Kona area, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the small beach area, which provided a serene spot to relax in the afternoon. Additionally, having a private area to watch the sunset was a wonderful bonus. We would gladly consider staying here again on future trips to Hawaii.

Parking was easy and the gated grounds made us feel safe and secure.

The property was nice, only thing is the AC is either too cold (med fan setting) or not on (low setting), luckily there was the ceiling fan. The view was really nice at casa de emdeko. We enjoyed the warm pool. Hope there was cooking basic essentials so we did not have to buy because we did not need much, only stayed a week. Most places do not offer it anyway.

We love the quiet of this complex and the faux beach is always lovely at sunset. The condo is conveniently located to town. My only recommendation is to change out the pots and pans.stainless steel tends to burn. But not a deal breaker, overall the kitchen is well stocked. We will continue to reserve this property in the future.

Had a comfortable sofa and two chairs for seating in the living area. There is a nice black out shade in the bedroom which provides privacy keeps the outdoor lighting from keeping you awake at night. Could use better lighting in the bathroom. The a/c system doesn’t seem to be adjustable in temperature or fan speed even though the thermostat had options. I don’t think this is specific to this unit, we have stayed in other units with the same issue.The property manager was very helpful and arranged with the owner to purchase 2 beach chairs since there weren’t any in the unit.
