Beautifully decorated, cozy home. Beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. Super comfy bed on the lanai.

What a place! We spent 6 fantastic days here, enjoying the pool, the view and sunsets. Everything you wish for is provided, in a clean, spacious apartment. We were 6 adults and had plenty of room for everyone, both inside and out. Parking is available for 3 vehicles, and also provided are beach equipment such as chairs and parasols, which we made use of. The hosts were also awesome, with great communication. Would highly recommend!

We cannot say enough about this amazing property. From the moment we booked this house, any questions from us were responded almost immediately. The location of this house is ideal for people who want to be close to town but not IN town. This house is located right on the beautiful walking trail . Every morning we went for a walk before it got too warm.For those who enjoy snorkeling, there is a fantastic beach only 5 mins from the house. The house itself was perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen is fully equipped to make any meal you can think of. The best part of the house is the lanai where we spent most of our time. When I get home, I will be buying my own daybed ! We also really enjoyed the pool. The sun hits the pool until mid afternoon which was perfect for us. We will definitely come back to this house.

From the moment we booked the house, communication was above and beyond. Coming from Alaska, we had all the questions! The house was better than we could have dreamed. Everything was thought of from the decor to the comfort of the beds. The location is a little oasis overlooking the ocean. Morning coffee on the lanai while watching the sunrise was so serene. We are sad to be leaving but have the best memories to hold on to. Thank you for sharing your space with our family!!

The house was just as advertised. Great layout, well-appointed kitchen, beautiful backyard with pool, and picture-perfect sunsets from the huge lanai. Conveniently located to Kailua-Kona and beaches. I can highly recommend Brooke’s vacation houses

We stayed here for 10 days with our adult kids and grandkids in January. The hosts were great, lots of helpful communication. The welcome packet was full of lots of info and recommendations. The home is lovely, decorated beautifully and the kitchen is super stocked with lots of extras, as is the whole home, the concept is take one leave one. If you use something up, replace it. Well worth it when faced with lots of small items you probably forgot so are grateful to have. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool is unheated which makes sense in a tropical climate but made it too chilly for some to swim in January. The climate also brings adorable geckos, ants if you leave food out and a myriad of chirping birds we loved. It is in a family friendly neighborhood that made me feel safer, so don’t be a jerk and party loud or late into the night. Good location, close to everything and the home has plenty of space to relax. The view is gorgeous and lots of friendly neighbors walk the street in front. Plenty of room for our 2 rental cars to park. Would return again!

We stayed at Brooke's vacation rental with our 5-month-old as well as our friends who had a 2-year-old. The house was perfect for our group! There was a lot of beach gear and pool floaties/ toys and the toddler could not get out the back door to access the pool by himself. The sliding door was a bit difficult for the adults to open but it ended up being a good thing to prevent the toddler from exiting! The driveway is a bit tight so you have to be really careful in your rental car pulling in and out. The view from the Lanai was just wonderful in the mornings at sunrise and in the evenings at sunset. There's also a great walking trail along the road in front of the house that extends a good ways. The location is great for privacy however you would want to have a rental car to stay there to access downtown and the beaches. The host was a great communicator and super accommodating when we needed help. We overall loved our experience and would come back in a heartbeat!

Nice property

We stayed at this property for about a week in September and absolutely loved it! The bedrooms are great, and the kitchen along with the huge dining table made our meals really fun after long beach days. Waking up and enjoying coffee on the lanai was definitely the highlight of our stay! The pool in the back was a lot of fun too, even though we only used it once; we really wish we had spent more time there, especially since the yard is huge. Having laundry onsite will definitely have us staying there again in no time! Thank you for the beautiful memories made!

We arrived at the home in the afternoon. Prior to arrival we had communicated with the owners who were so helpful in answering our questions. Beds were comfortable. The layout of the house was great. Each of the bedrooms has an individual AC unit which quickly cooled down the rooms. The home has beach chairs, a cooler, snorkeling gear, and beach towels. So nice to not have to worry about that stuff. The view from the deck overlooks the ocean and you can sit and watch the sunset. So amazing. The owners thought of everything. The location is great. Close to the airport, Costco. It was like being at home with a much better view. Would definitely stay here again.
