Another Day in Paradise with Spectacular Oceanfront View of Kailua Bay

We were having such a great time on the Big Island, we decided to extend our trip and luckily found a few days available at this condo. We reached out to Anne and Don to confirm it was still available and they were kind enough to block it off until we confirmed our new flights and car rental extension. They were so communicative during the whole process. The condo was lovely, especially the view and the new kitchen. It had everything we needed for our stay and for our beach days. Thank you, Anne and Don!

Fabulous stay. Everything was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive. Great location, clean and spacious condo. About a mile walk into town. If we are lucky enough to return to the island, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

Wonderful stay, had everything we needed plus some, great hosts, great location, very busy area but walk about 1 mile to downtown and 5 minute drive to the beach. No beach/water to get in front of the unit, it’s all rock and the water is rough. And only thing to be aware of and mentioned in the listing, no AC, a little warm in the unit during the day but sleeping in the bedrooms was cool enough with all the fans going.

The place was awesome. And even arranged for a volcano to go off when we were there. Wonderful experience

Great time! Just be prepared for how hot Kona is. The fans provided at the property were sufficient to keep us comfortable.

This is a very nice, spacious condo with an incredible lanai directly overlooking the ocean. We were able to see dolphins and a manta ray from it, and enjoyed eating meals there. Parking is convenient being close to the stairs leading to the unit. Although we didn’t use them, there was a wide variety of beach gear. I especially appreciated that cleaning supplies were readily available, as well as a washer and dryer. I would have easily given the unit 5 stars except that there were a few things in the kitchen that I was unhappy with. The good news is that they could be easily addressed and resolved. The only other challenge was the remotes for the TV - something that should have been intuitive, but was not. The sound of the ocean is quite loud in the living room which made it hard to hear the TV. It was a small price to pay for the benefits of the proximity. The unit was well maintained and comfortable. The pool was very nice, and everyone seemed to enjoy being in it. If you turn left or right, there are many fun adventures outside your door.

This condo was beautiful inside and out! It had all the amenities we needed, and the views from the patio were majestic! The water was beautiful and the weather was perfect every night we stayed. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was as expected, with lots of little enhancements that made the time there more enjoyable....things like binoculars and snorkel gear. The owners were quite responsive throughout our stay.

The view was spectacular, but the house was warm.

Wonderful apartment and location. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We were able to see manta rays on multiple nights from our lanai (balcony).

Photos as advertised. Great morning and evening views. Enjoyed taking morning walks in the area. Great coffee shop on premises.

Wonderful condo in Kona. Had all the features for our family to enjoy the Hawaii beach scenes. Hosts were wonderful to work with and the property was clean and spacious with that "Hawaiian vibe." Highly recommend

Everything exceeded expectations. Can’t beat the view and the location. And the condo is well stocked with gear, games, and travel guides. When the water is calm, there is nice snorkeling right below the balcony. At least for us, no AC, no problem. Just keep the windows open and ceiling fans running. Three flights of stairs, no problem. It makes for a great view and helps work off all the great food up and down Ali’i Dr. And the owners are just a text or email away to answer any questions.

Wasteful place on a beautiful island! Everything you need and more !

The place was perfectly located and everything we needed was there.ONLY downside was I didnt know there wasn’t an elevator until I read the reviews. I have a fused back and stairs were a bit challenging. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t return but for the younger (Im74) this is a great condo and the owner was easy to work with. Very clean and well appointed condo. Had everything we needed. Highlight was the Lanai which offered awesome seaviews. Went sleep every night to the sounds of waves on the rocks.

The unit is clean, spacious, and located within a well-kept complex (Sea Village) with numerous amenities available. Not much else could be wanted! Communication with the property manager was smooth and efficient, and all logistics were simple and straightforward. Highly recommended.

Unit was clean and well stocked. Location was excellent....crashing waves just below the lanai. Less than a mile from the action in downtown Kona but far away enogh to be peaceful. Exactly as expected based on listing.

Or stay there was perfect. Everything was amazing in the condo. Great location, cleanliness oceanfront. We will be back again.

Absolutely a great view and proximity to the sea.Exactly as advertised..Unfortunately there was some construction going on during our stay, but not a deal killer.Would have been nice to have a little sugar and shampoo for the first morning, but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.A lot of stairs for folks with mobility issues.

We had a great stay! Amazing view overlooking the water. Conveniently located, just a short drive or a long walk into town.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days and we really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was clean and the location was great (within 10 mins drive to restaurants and stores). The ocean view on the balcony is amazing and we were able to see fishes (and beautiful sunset) right from the balcony. The room can get hot in the afternoon without AC but there will also be breeze from the ocean. I would recommend this apartment for those who are looking for a stay in Kona coast.

The property was amazing and anpartment was equipped with everything we needed for our vacation and more. The views and location were unbeattable. We would definitely love to stay again.

Loved the stay at this condo. It had all we needed and it was within walking distance of restaurants and things to do. It could get hot at times in the evening without AC but it was bearable.

On vacation and was hoping for a stress free stay and that was what we had. Accommodations were clean, well stocked and ready for us to use. Comfortable beds and kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals. Beach towels and chairs were very useful. Pool and BBQ’s were used often and made the meals enjoyable. Spent many hours on the lanai enjoying the views of the ocean and sunsets. This property fit the bill for our week long stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The view is incredible and the condo is stocked with everything whether you are cooking your meals or having a beach day! The only con was no air conditioning and being on the 3rd floor made for some toasty evenings even with fans on. Overall, we would stay here again!

The property: 1) It has 3 story 4 buildings. There are two entrances. If your unit starts with 1 or 2 then take the 1st entrance. If your unit starts with 3 or 4 then take the 2nd entrance though they're connected. 2) There are two gates to beach access but it's locked and it seems it's closed. 3) The swimming pool is gated. We couldn't find the keys for the swimming pool and the gate to beach access, but it was fine. 4) No designated parking lot but we could find the spot easily. 5) It took ~10 min from the downtown to the property. No store nearby. The Unit: 1) It is a 3dr floor full furnished 2B2B condo. No elevator. 2) No A/C. It was cool at night when we open patio door and the window in the bedrooms but it was warm at daytime though the ceiling fans are working. 3) A cockroach welcomed us the night we arrived but didn't meet it again after that. 4) We didn't cook but the kitchen was ready for it. 5) Washer and Dryer work fine 6) No OTA TV channels, no Netflex account provided 7) Enough towels 8) Beds are fine to sleep 9) The shower booth was little out dated but was fine. 10) Overall our stay was fine.

Nice and tidy apartment exactly as described in the listing. The host responded quickly to all questions and were very professional and helpful. The facilities in Sea Village are well kept and cleaned. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again
