Property is beautiful and well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and the public spaces (living room, family room, eating area kitchen) are as well. In general a full luxury experience!There were a few minor problems with the toilet, range hood, and could use a little more silverware. but nits generally.
The ceiling in the patio is falling down. Looks terrible. Hot tub wasn’t usable. Filthy , needs drained and cleaned properly. Broken sprinkler head parts laying in the garden space. For the money one would think there would not be issues like that.

Our stay at the Papala Place was wonderful. The property was so inviting and spacious.
Outstanding home - highly recommended
This is a truly superb property and although it was just me and my partner, this house is large enough to accommodate a family of 8-10.The house was immaculate, the grounds were lush and beautiful, the patio and pool were perfect with plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and couches for all the comfort you could desire. The house is a tue stunner with lots of rooms, hallways and common areas to make it feel spacious and private. The location from Kona is only a 5 minute drive but the house is tucked away in a gated oasis that makes it feel private and secure. One of the finest luxury rentals we have stayed in!
