Comfort All Year Round: NEWLY INSTALLED 4 AC Units. Each bedroom is equipped with both AC and ceiling fans, ensuring you stay cool and comfortable no matter the weather. The living room upstairs and downstairs is equipped with 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool.
Guests will have full access to our spacious two-level home, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.
Upstairs:
The main level features three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for a restful night’s sleep, and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essentials. This level also includes the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room where you can unwind after a day of exploring.
Downstairs:
The lower level offers an additional living space, complete with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. You'll also find a fourth bedroom and an additional full bathroom on this level, providing added convenience and privacy for your group.

Living room: 2 Sofa bed - queen size
Both levels are connected with stairs inside and outside the house, but the downstairs area has its own entrance, making it ideal for those who prefer a bit more separation or quiet time. You’ll have access to the entire home, including the private pool, outdoor dining area, and all other amenities.
The Garage is off Limit to our guest.
Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the space and comfort our house has to offer!
Note that our house is 2 stories, 3 of the bedrooms are located upstairs and requires climbing stairs to access.
Note: The garage is off limits and will be locked.
Note: There are no pool gate, parents are responsible for kids in the pool.
Note: Hawaii is a tropical place which is a perfect environment for insects and bugs. Keep screen door close and food put away to avoid uninvited friends.

What a spacious and beautiful property! The ocean view and sunsets were absolutely amazing. The pool was lovely; which our group thoroughly enjoyed. The location is perfect! Shopping areas, town and some beaches all 10 minutes away. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to host our large group easily. Our host was prompt to respond if we had any questions.
Such a wonderful, inviting home! We did not want to leave. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, the pool was perfect, the kitchen stocked, the beds comfortable. Watching the sunset from the lanai each night was magical. We loved the location, being only 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Kona. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Communication with host was impeccable. Can’t recommend this home enough! Mahalo!
This vacation rental did not disappoint. In a quiet neighborhood with beautiful oven views. The home is beautiful and the host has every amenity you could want. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The downstairs is like a whole other house with full bedroom and full bathroom, living room and a second patio/outdoor space with direct access to the pool. I highly recommend this home. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating and was there if we needed anything. Looking forward to staying again next year.
