The unit features one comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to two guests. Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated parking stall, with additional guest parking available. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your meal-prep needs, and a washer/dryer is included for your convenience. Ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning in the bedroom ensure a cool and comfortable stay.

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. I’ve been staying in condos at Kuilima Estates for many years for work and vacation. So pleased we stayed here. Clean and comfortable.
Clean upon arrival, great location, and great amenities. Management was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!
Comfortable, clean, and convenient! Host was responsive and gave great advice regarding booking some excursions. Loved how they had beach chairs for use. North shore was a short drive. There are lots of things without being in the city. Highly recommend!
This property is nestled in the beautiful Turtle Bay. The property was fully equipped for cooking lounging and outdoor entertainment. The swimming pool located across the parking lot was beautiful, clean and private. It was a wonderful week there. I would definitely come back again.
