Great communication and easy to get settled.

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, containers. There are plenty of serving wares. The microwave and cook tops are spotless. The in unit washer and dryer are efficient and quiet. The layout of the unit is efficient.

It was a nice enough place. A little skimpy as there was no shower supplies including soap.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. It was great to have a reserved parking spot close to the building

We had a lovely stay and completely enjoyed ourselves. This location was perfect to easily access many amazing beaches and explore the North Shore. We will be back!

Great place and location if you want a quite place in north shore, turtle bay resort…10 mins walk to Ritz-carlton hotel and beach, we played pickle ball and tennis, place is clean and all you need is there. 15 mins drive to nearest foodland grocery and nearest north shore beaches. Sofa bed is good, ac in the bedroom works well and ac in the living room is also working. I would recommend this place and would love to come back next year.

Beautiful property and great distance from turtle bay.

The location of this little condo is in a perfect location--just 2 blocks from the Ritz Carlton (where we stayed the 3 nights previously for a wedding) and their great restaurant) and the spectacular beach. This condo is old and dated but we weren't there except to sleep so that wasn't a concern. We knew that there was only one queen-sized bed so people should pay attention to that--plus the one older bathroom but again, we made it work. There is NO central air conditioning, just a low functioning window unit in the living room and another one in the bedroom; at times it was a little warm but we slept well. Our family who was staying in the same area had a car so we never had to walk. We loved staying at the North Shore--so much fun and so much to do. There is a great luau in the area.

Can’t beat the cost and location of Kuilima estates if you are staying on the North Shore. Check in process was completely smooth and host was incredibly responsive when we had questions upon check in. Also can’t beat the amenities with 3 pools and 2 tennis courts - we always had them to ourselves! Pictures of the unit are accurate - overall a great home base on the North Shore!

The sofa bed and the master bedroom bed were not comfortable.

Location is the benefit of this unit. Staying on the North Shore is a plus. The pool and the view of the golf course was nice. There is WIFI, but there was no access to streaming services like Netflix on the television so bring your own device. Wendy was very responsive throughout the process. Aloha.

Stayed with my wife and infant son. Bedroom is big enough for portable cot. Parking right outside door. Safe grassy lanai space opens up to the golf course. Private. Perfectly fitted kitchen and washer/dryer. Checkin a breeze. Turtle Bay is a short walk up the golf course path. We know the area so enjoyed close proximity to Stables, pillbox hikes, beaches etc. Lei Lei’s clubhouse has decently priced food and beers/cocktails. The Kahuku food trucks and beer garden are best for close and high quality provisions — turtle bay restaurants and bars aren’t great. This is a great option to base yourself out of the north shore.

I had the pleasure of staying at this rental condo, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The condo is situated in a beautiful area, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable—spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The host was exceptional, offering friendly and quick responses to any questions we had, making the entire booking and stay process seamless. The condo was conveniently close to a wide variety of activities, from outdoor adventures to great dining and beach options. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

Perfect home-base for our North Shore activities. The space was clean and just like the photos. The checkin was easy and the host responded quickly to any messages.

We stayed here to be close for a family wedding. good location, very clean, communication with Wendy was prompt. Super quiet and we really appreciated that. Would stay here again to visit the north shore.

Lovely place to stay! Small but had everything we needed. Close to beaches and TB restaurants. Good air flow to keep cool. Host communicated clearly and promptly. We recommend staying here for North Shore adventures!

We had a good time at this flat. Its a nice location, our teens enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately the sofa bed is very old and not made for two people. Some things could be removed to make a bit more space for luggage and stuff. Nevertheless we recommend the flat.

Very nice condo with everything you could need! Located in a nice neighborhood that’s close to anything you may want to do on the North Shore! Great AC, nice kitchen, and having in-unit laundry was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo with beautiful back yard. Our grandson staying in another condo had fun after a day at the beach playing with other kids on the back lawn. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the lanai. Condo was very clean, had plenty of kitchen supplies and very close to the turtle bay resort beach. Also nice and quite. Would definitely book this condo again.

A condo right in turtle bay for 1/4 the price! It had everything we could want and the best climbing tree out front for the kids. We loved our stay!

The apartment is exactly as described. Compared to other options in the area, a good value option that serves as a great base for the North Shore. Easy access to the trails and beach at Turtle Bay, good communication and easy check-in & check-out.
