PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii — please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you notice more than normal pest activity, we’ll coordinate with the HOA to help.
CLIMATE:Hawaii’s tropical climate allows insects, rodents, and lizards to thrive. Their presence does not constitute grounds for refund or adjustment.

Good location great balcony, spacious and cute!
We had a wonderful holiday staying at Kahana Villa F208 with our family of four! The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked for making meals, and we especially appreciated having beach gear like chairs and towels available.The location is fantastic—quiet and relaxing but close to great beaches, local restaurants, and shops. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the lanai, enjoying the ocean breeze. The property itself is well-maintained, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
The condo was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the beach, with easy access to nearby bars, restaurants, and shops. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Although there was no air conditioning, it wasn’t an issue; the steady trade winds kept the space comfortably cool in the evenings and pleasantly breezy during the day. Overall, it was a great place to stay and an excellent value for the area.
