Kahana Sunset's unit E11 welcomes you with much ALOHA....
This unique condo is a beachfront property on the world-famous West Coast of Maui between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Kahana Sunset is nestled on protected Keoni Nui Bay, offering spectacular views of the neighboring islands, Molokai and Lanai.
This property is framed by lush tropical grounds, swaying palms, and open ocean views that feel quintessentially Maui. The shoreline here is natural and ever-changing, offering a raw, authentic island coastline rather than a manicured resort beach, where often, the only footprints you see are your own! A place to watch sea turtles cruise by, listen to the waves, and take in unforgettable sunsets.
Ocean conditions vary by season, as they do throughout Maui. Spring and summer often bring calmer waters, while winter months can see higher tides and more dynamic surf, which may impact swimming. Each day offers a slightly different experience, but the beauty of the setting — the sounds, the views, and the island atmosphere — remains constant.

Once you open the door and enter our beautiful unit, you will experience the following:
• 1200 Sq feet upstairs + downstairs unit
(*bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, while the kitchen, dining area, and living room are on the ground floor)
• LIVING room --- Sleeper sofa + dining table that seats 4
• KITCHEN --- with coffee maker, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, all the cookware you could need
• AC in both upstairs bedrooms
(No AC in downstairs living room, but amazing ocean and mountain breezes keep it very comfortable!)
• LANAI areas --- 2 large private balconies/lanai's with direct ocean views. (one upstairs off the master bedroom, the other downstairs off the living room)
• MASTER bedroom --- King-sized bed - AC and ceiling fan - amazing ocean views
• GUEST bedroom ---1 queen and 1 twin bed, plus AC
• FULL BATHROOMS (2) - both upstairs next to each bedroom

This Property is an ocean-front resort with 72 low-rise units on quiet Keoni Nui Bay, where often, the only footprints you see are your own! The sand is pristine, the turtles & tropical fish are abundant, and the waves are family-friendly ~ whether it is calm and gentle for snorkeling or with sets of waves rolling in, perfect for the body surfers in the family. Each day brings a new beach experience!
E11 is in a prime location and has great ocean views from the living area and master bedroom.
Start your day with a swim or snorkel right from the beach! There is a wonderful swimming pool with an adjoining children's pool for a dip after playing in the ocean. Kahana Sunset property has two large barbecue areas for you to use so that after a long day of sightseeing, you have everything you need to relax!
Located just south of us is Kaanapali, with additional world-famous golf courses, beaches, and "Whalers Village" shopping outdoor mall with restaurants and much more.
We also offer complimentary concierge services to assist in creating a spectacular, unique, and memorable vacation tailored to your specific desires. Our concierge team can help you create a personalized itinerary including activities/excursions, professional photography sessions, restaurant recommendations, Road to Hana tours, and much more! (Concierge information will be sent to you after booking)
We manage units C3 and C5, both at Kahana Sunset, as well. Great for larger groups that want to stay near each other. We would love to host your group!

The location was great, with beautiful view of the ocean, the property dose have beach access, but sea is pretty rough where the propertt is so excercise caution if you're planning to use the beach. The pool , bbq and amenities were top notch and well maintained. The host was very friendly and easy to contact. Lots of things to do near the property. The apartment was a little dated, but it was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a great vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at E11 in Kahana Sunset. We loved spending time on the lanais in the evening and the views of the ocean (and the pool) were great! Everything was clean and well-appointed and the AC units in the bedrooms were essential for a comfortable night's sleep. The team was very responsive to communications and the neighborhood was perfect. We'll be back for sure!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hula Hideaway! We loved the location, as it was very close to all of our favorite Maui beaches. The grounds were beautiful and the sunsets breathtaking. We saw dolphins and rainbows right from our balcony. The kids enjoyed the pool for many hours. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. We had everything we needed staying at this unit and look forward to returning someday!
The views are spectacular and the property is really lovely. The kitchen could use a little love (esp it really needs a new dishwasher) but the bedrooms are wonderful, comfortable beds and washing machine. The owner is very accommodating. All in all a wonderful place.

Sweet little spot that was perfect. Both bedrooms air conditioned, living room is not but it’s an end unit so lots of windows and good breeze. The pool was warm, ocean a little cool and a small beach but the views are incredible.

We had a great time at Kahana Sunset. The property was nice with their own pool and private beach access. We saw whales out from the resort and saw turtles right in our bay which was quite entertaining. We are a family of 6 and the unit fit all of us, although a little tight for sleeping conditions. The AC in the bedrooms was a savior and would absolutely be necessary for any property in our opinion. Property management was very responsive throughout our stay and resort staff were very friendly too. The location is a little bit tough to walk from due to the narrow roads and no sidewalks but a short drive for coffee, groceries or other essentials wasn’t a problem.we would definitely stay at this property again.
Two couples stayed very comfortably and happily at this condo for four nights. The condo is thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds and well chosen amenities. There are two decks, which gave us options for enjoying the lovely grounds of the complex and the ocean views. There’s plenty of parking, and a nice range of local restaurants, shops and stores nearby that made the visit easy. Great rental! Highly recommended.

The main living area was just as described and the kitchen was fully stocked for self-catering. I'm unsure if the scheduled pest control treatment (which we were given the option to forego) ever happened, but that was the only oddity. The AC in the back room was a little loud and the bedding could use some updating but everything else was wonderful and we'd stay there again.

We loved your place. It had everything we needed with a great location. Loved the private beach area and the pool.
Our little ones were able to play on a quiet beach and swim in the pool. All with in steps of our unit. The grounds keepers were friendly during our few interactions. Location is a quiet part of the island. Activities were a 30-90min drive for us wanting to just relax this home was perfect

Our unit was just as described and we enjoyed it very much. The unit and property were well maintained and equipped with everything we needed, even beach chairs and towels. The landscaping was beautiful. The beach is very small as described, but really fun just the same. Sea turtles abound all around the shoreline. Everyone gathers for the perfect sunset view every evening. Grills are provided, some work better than others but we got it done. The pool is heated and very pretty. There’s a store in walking distance and many larger beaches nearby. The management was communicative and friendly.

Clean condo with plenty of space for our family of four, beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The small beach was so convenient at the end of the day when the kids wanted to have more ocean time after visiting other nearby larger beaches. Also cool to see turtles right where we were staying. The pool was very well heated, never overly crowded, so we enjoyed that too. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean fully equipped condo. Seemed to be one of the best views on the whole campus. Slightly aged in some areas but that didn't matter to us. Any questions were answered within 30 minutes.
This was our first time staying at Kahana Sunset. It is a lovely complex with nice grassy area, great pool (not cold) and beautiful ocean views. I appreciated the two decks. The condos have a great community feel, not too big. Friendly people. Convenient to the grocery store. There is not a lot of beach at this time but there are chairs on the grass, right above the small beach area. We saw lots of turtles.
