Beautiful Waikiki Ocean/Sunset View! Pool, Kitchen

Location was good. Unit is close to elevators, but you cannot hear any noise from the hallway at all. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom shower is excellent and towels were very plush. Bed was comfy and views were nice!

Location was conveniently located and easy to access. Quiet and calm place to vacation with a good view of the marina.

Communication with the manager was effortless and smooth from start to finish. I especially loved having a fully equipped kitchen—it made such a difference not having to rely on restaurants for every meal. It really felt like a comfortable home away from home. Plus, it’s right next to one of the best restaurants on the island, San Paolo Pizzeria, which was a huge bonus.

Great communication from the host and property manager before we arrived and upon arrival. No issues getting into the condo even though we arrived in the early morning hours. Keyless entry is very convenient. Condo is small but doable for the 2 of us. Kitchen is wonderful and stocked with everything we needed to get started. King bed was pretty comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Bathroom was clean but could use a hand towel bar by the sink. Sofa and carpet have some visible stains. I used a towel when sitting on the sofa and wore socks or slippers most of the time inside. Lanai is large with amazing views of the ocean and marina! Table and chairs were comfortable. Beach chairs are provided, which is a bonus. Only complaint about the lanai is lack of privacy due to the shape of the building. You are in full view of others on one side. We rarely kept our curtains open fully (like shown in the picture) because of this. There is a dresser for clothing storage. The only hanging closet is right inside the front door where the vacuum cleaner and mops are also stored. It was adequate for us. The Ilikai building is in a wonderful location within walking distance of several stores and shops. The Ilikai property has a large convenience store with some souvenirs, a separate souvenir shop, awesome coffee shop, and an ice cream shop, among others. There is also a restaurant where we ate several meals. Food was good, but the pigeons are a bit of a nuisance. Overall, great 1st visit!

Stay was very nice and we have stayed there before. On the property door was a sign saying they needed to spray for pests. Some of the other residents said there was bedbugs found after an outbreak at the local mall. I noticed 3 bites on my legs after the first night and we had only come straight to the condo and visited the pool. No more bites after that first night so hard to say if it was bedbugs. I chose their condo because they specifically said they steam clean after every guest which usually kills those. So hopefully just mosquitoes or something. A little unnerving that the cleaner went in while we were gone but good that they are treating for pests.

Great location with beach and harbor access and views. Large patio to enjoy the views and live music from the hotel restaurant bar. Lots of hotel amenities to enjoy. Clean and efficient room layout - comfortable furnishings. Would definitely recommend this to famiy and friends.

Overall our stay was amazing. The veiws were fantastic. The only problem was the bathroom floor was a little dirty and I had to clean something sticky off the floor upon arrival and the coffee pot had mold so we could not use it. We were able to buy coffee downstairs everyday though.

We stayed here for 9 nights and loved it. Great location, has several restaurants on site, including Empire which was delicious, and had great margaritas. There’s an ABC store right across the street, and a delicious sushi restaurant across the street and a little ways down to the right. Get the lobster roll, best sushi I’ve ever had. (Can’t remember the name) Apartment is Close to the beach and lagoon. Plenty of boat, snorkeling tours at the harbor.Pro tip, rent a car as uber and taxis are very expensive in Waikiki.

The condo is exactly as in the listing. Check was easy and smooth. Management was quick to respond when there was a small plumbing problem. Would definitely recommend this condo, loved our time there!

Here to watch Trans volleyball tourney. Location is close to everything, convention center, shopping, beach, parks, restaurants, etc. Property is old but condo is comfortable, bed good and the were staff friendly and helpful. Views from the lanai are amazing!

We enjoyed spending Christmas holiday week sightseeing near the rental property. The view is gorgeous and the location is very convenient.

Overall great place. It can use a refresh and updating in the suite and throughout the entire building. Amazing sunsets 😊

The unit was clean and appointed exactly as shown in the photos online. Great location, and high floor with nice sunset views over the ocean. Our one issue was on arrival, when the ac unit had apparently turned off due to the sliding doors not being completely closed. The property manager filling in for Jean did not check this prior to giving us the door codes when we got to the Honolulu airport, and assumed the ac was broken. Since it was the weekend, he said the ac couldn't be fixed for 2 days, so moved us to another building ~1 mile away - which required Ubering and some hassle. The replacement unit was nice enough, although a lot smaller than the Ilikai unit we had reserved. And it was only going to be available to us for 3 days and if ac wasn't fixed we weren't sure what we'd do. Fortunately, Jean was back the next day, figured out what had happened, apoligized profusely and got us back into the Ilikai unit that afternoon (and comped us the first night). Once we were settled we had a great stay for the remaining 6 nights. We would definitely stay there again!

The Ilikai is a nice hotel, great area and the unit is great for 2 people. Lack of a dishwasher is sad but there is no where to put one. We managed. Property Manager was great - quick response when we had an issue. We would definitely stay here again.
