Waikiki Marina-Front Condo! Ocean & Fireworks View, Central AC, Full Kitchen!

Lovely spacious property, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, within walking distance of everything, only niggle was the noise from the front street, only single glazed windows so you hear everything from 6am onwards.........

Great location, nice amount of space. Great view of fireworks. Value was extremely worth it. Would definitely return. One issue with the lock pad but still a good experience

The condo was comfortable, clean, well furnished and equipped. Parking was available in the same property and reasonably priced. We were very well satisfied with all aspects of accommodations and gladly recommend it.

Perfect location.. Great view.. everything was clean and well stocked.. Parking worked out perfect.. The only thing I would.change is they should update the king bed.

We have stayed at this condo complex before & had a great experience which is why we came back. We had a different unit this time and it was very disappointing. The plus at this complex is the location. It's near many restaurants, bars & the beach as well as the Ala Moana Mall. It has a parking garage if you rent a car. It's expensive but worth it as parking in Waikiki is hard to find. The view of the marina from these condos is stunning. But this particular unit is so in need of some TLC. The kitchen & bath are semi updated but the whole unit needs painting. The walls were dirty & there are large cracks running down the wall in the bedroom area. The bed is a cheap platform base & the mattress is very uncomfortable. It creaked like it was going to break every time we turned over. Also, the unit is on the 3rd floor & right above the Harbor Bar. Very noisy. We could hear all the music & partying every night. As if that wasn't bad enough, the air conditioner is so loud it woke us up in the night on more than one occasion. One night someone in the complex was doing some remodeling or something which is fine if they stop at 5 or 6 PM but this was so loud & distracting well after that time that we called the property manager James to complain. It did stop when we did that. Due to the condition & location of this unit, I would not recommend it. James was very responsive & nice & so was the security staff.

Everything turned out great! A couple of things at first but all was made right!!! It was a nice place and has an enjoyable time! Would stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: The condo had everything we needed, especially a full kitchen for cooking. The view is great, however there are a lot of construction, music, and people noise from the outside. The walls are quite thin and you can hear people upstairs if they are loud. The property could benefit from an upgrade. The walls are dirty, the bed and sofa bed is very uncomfortable and lacks support. Aside from that, there are a lot of storage and closets for clothes and they provide enough amenities for the kitchen and bathroom.The room is large enough for four. Decor could use an upgrade as well. But it is secure and there is laundry facilities in the building.

Place was good with full kitchen and bedroom. Problem was the extremely loud and unbearable jack hammering during the day which made completely impossible to stay during the day. My grand baby that was visiting was terrified and had to pack up her things and head out. We were told we’d get a discount for the inconvenience but got ghosted when I contacted them again. We had other family coming in after us and told them not to book in this building.

The property manger, location and unit were good. We enjoyed our time and had the basics needed for our stay. Having beach chairs was a nice touch! A few things in the unit weren't great...the mattress was broken on one side (sunk into springs, flat to boards when sitting on it), the rice cooker had no lid so we couldn't use it and the knives were so dull we couldn't cut anything. Having a full kitchen means people plan to cook/utilize it. There was a slight musty oder to the complex, yet the unit was good. The balcony wasn't what was pictured, no chairs and only two people could fit standing. The property managers were attentive and responsive, even when the building lost power for 18 hours!

Enjoyed our stay. Have stayed in this building many times and the location works very well for us. Love the views of the harbor and ocean from this property but the view from this particular unit isn’t great because of the low floor. The unit was well appointed and comfortable and was clean … only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness is because of under kitchen sink was really dirty and inside of garbage cans were also very dirty….otherwise it was clean

Reviewer Comments: This apartment provided a good sized, clean space & excellent functionality with everything in working order... as well as a lovely marina/water view. We loved the location as we often escaped the crowds and swam at Magic Island, we could walk to Ala Moana centre & we could shop at the locals' grocery store for breakfast & lunch items which we cooked in our kitchen ... and we had great service from James & Captain Cook Resorts... thank you ! .... However, you get what you pay for : and the money we saved staying here meant that we were in an apartment which would love an update. It also meant that we had considerable noise, not only the expected noise from the construction below in the Chart House (which started at around 6.30am) but also the unexpected, and significant 24 hour a day noise of traffic & people in the street just below.... I was so so so very thankful for my earplugs. The view was also spoiled by huge amounts of rubbish floating in the water below which was highly visible from the apartment (such a shame the marina & local council don't clean it up)... and a very ugly & huge skip bin full of rubbish from the Chart House reno right in front. I would definitely recommend paying more to be on a much higher floor but may I say that with the extremely & shockingly high prices which we encountered in the area, it was really nice to save some money. They are in a major renovation since March, and the work is in progress, but not finished yet. Lot of noise very early in the morning and during the day. The unit needs also a good fresh painting, and the kitchen needs a strong full cleaning.

On third level there was construction noise. but the manager was so nice with us and moved us up to 11th floor where we had very nice condo with a great view. I really appreciated that. Very nice location

Spacious unit with a very nice lay out. Property is well maintained, clean with lots of amenities. Manager allowed us to enter early to store our bags. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We liked the convenience of the location. We did not appreciate the horribly uncomfortable bed or the fact that the condo is located directly above a bar which has loud bands playing every single night. A good night sleep is important to me. The horribly noisy bathroom fan really needs to be addressed also. Aside from those things it is a very nice condo. I will not rent this unit again or recommend it to others due to the noise from the bar and the horrible mattress.

If you are going to rent out a place you should at least have a decent mattress. And if there is a bar directly under the unit this should be disclosed to the renters. The bar had loud nightly bands which made sleeping very difficult.

Good spot if you’re there to party. Bad spot if you have kids and want to get a good night’s rest. Beds not very comfortable, very loud party boats and parties going till the early morning hours. If we were young and without kids it would have been ideal.

Very convenient to get around can’t say enough

Bed was not real comfortable and smelled of bleach. Bathroom vent too loud. Small terrace but ok.
