Property provided is with a great value and pictures were accurate.
Kitchen was fully equipped, it was clean, and the view was nice, but I’d rather pay less and stay somewhere else close to the beach without the view and nicer for the cost. The downstairs desk wasn’t the most helpful, and it rained most of our time here, and Ilikai was alright, but not much to offer for help in where to go or what to do on rainy days.
The Hotel was wonderful and full of amenities. I loved the lounge pool! It had restaurants, coffee shop, and a convenience store on the property. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The view from the lanai was beautiful. We loved watching the fireworks show right from the convenience of our lanai. If is an easy walk to the beach. We also liked walking to Ala Moana Mall. The unit has everything you will need for the week. Thank you for an amazing stay!
A Wonderfull Place close to waikiki Beach and foreworks from the Hilton Hotel. You Can do all by Feed no Car required.
Aloha! We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo!! The unit is as described. The view is terrific and we enjoyed each evening on the balcony. The fireworks were amazing to watch every Friday night! The condo is clean and equipped with all the amenities listed. We only had breakfasts there so didn’t use the kitchen as much as some would, but it seemed everything was there. We had a small issue with the Internet but service was very prompt and Ali’i rental office sent a wonderful young fellow who fixed it asap! The towels, bedding etc is plentiful, the bed was super comfy. We only used beach chairs once but they could replace the beach umbrella as it’s missing the spike to push in the sand. I’m sure if we had addressed it they would have replaced it promptly but we used the pool daily and it was lovely. As we were there for 15 days it would have been useful to have had a small supply of cleaning products provided for sink, toilet etc but it was not a big issue. We are already looking into booking with Ali’i rentals again next year and we would definitely stay here again!! :)
This space had everything you could ask from beach chairs and towels to an amazing view. It might be an older space, but so clean, great amenities downstairs and you cant beat the location. Would definitely stay here again!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in Hawaii. We felt right at home in our room and it provided us with everything we needed. The view was breaktaking while we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the lanai and we lived the fireworks on Friday night.

Overall room was good but does need to be upgraded. Stove is a bit old with paint falling off but functional. I did like the view from balcony and hotel location was perfect to the beach. Room did look bigger in the pictures so I was surprised that it was a bit small but we don’t spend time in the room except to sleep. Bed was comfy and tv was a good size with plenty of channel options. AC worked great and was very chilly at night even at 70 degrees which was perfect for sleeping. I would definitely stay again and would recommend for others to stay.
I recently stayed at the Ilikai Hotel and had a fantastic time! The location is absolutely unbeatable—right at the edge of Waikiki, with stunning views of the marina and just steps from the beach. It’s also super convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, and Ala Moana Center. The unit itself was clean, well-furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen and a spacious lanai. Watching the sunset from the balcony & fireworks on Friday was a highlight. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel has a nice mix of hotel services and vacation rental vibes. I loved the on-site coffee shop and restaurant, and the pool area was a nice place to relax. There’s also a Friday night fireworks show nearby that’s easy to enjoy from the property or the beach. Overall, I would definitely stay at the Ilikai again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Honolulu with a more local feel than a big resort. Management was available at all times during check in and checkout.
