ILIKAI BUILDING NOTICE: June 17,, 2026
Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building are currently in progress. Work for this unit and its stack has been completed; however, neighboring units are still undergoing repairs. Please be advised that intermittent construction noise may still occur during work hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), and occasional activity may be visible or heard from nearby units. The overall building project is currently scheduled for completion sometime in 2027, though timelines are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen delays.

- Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
- Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
- Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)
Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

This condo was perfect! The view was beautiful, the condo is nicely appointed, the location is super convenient. Right off the elevators (you can hear the ‘ding ding’ when it arrives, but not bad) Having access to washers and dryers was good, had to do a couple of loads! The pools were lovely, easy walking to Duke’s Lagoon and the beach! Having a couple of sand chairs and a cooler was a bonus! We were in Honolulu for a conference that was held at Hilton Hawaiian Village-their room prices even with conference deal were too much for us in order to have an affordable vacation! This condo was perfect! Less than a10 minute walk to the conference, not quite 20 minutes to Ala Moana Mall. Great location, lovely unit. We’d stay here again for sure.
Fantastic location
Great location, did not have to travel far to get to great restaurants or beaches! It was comfortable and easy to check in and out! Live the view with sunsets! Clean and comfortable! I would stay again!
This unit was clean with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the harbor. It was however the most minimally stocked VRBO I’ve rented. There was very little silverware and no can opener. Coffee pot needs replacement and most pots and pans were well past their prime.We were charged 100 to extend our stay for 6 hours and then found ourselves locked out with door code changed. Took some time to resolve.We like the Iliaki, but will probably choose a different unit next time.
Spacious studio condo, exactly as pictured. It had a huge balcony which had sunset views over the marina. The Iliaki was a perfect location for us, with beach access, restaurants, and hop-on-hop-off trolley very close. We'd recommend to anyone!

Easy in, easy out. The condo had everything we needed and more, plus a great view!
Overall it was a great location, close to the craziness of Waikīkī but more quiet. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. Good access to beach and lagoon was a plus. The building is older but it has gone through a few remodels. It had everything we needed , just tired a bit. Definitely smaller than we hoped based on photos. The hotel staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. They almost dismissed us when they realized we were in a vacation rental. The bell staff was friendly. And the restaurant/bar team was great! It was nice having a good selection of retail and cafe / food on the lobby level.
The place was great, kitchen a little small and dishwasher hits the refrigerator. All was usable and we contacted the manger once and they were on it right away. Would stay here again.
It was a nice surprise that I found the room exactly as they described. The view from the balcony was fantastic! and everything was in order. The place was well located that it was easy to get around. Only small problem was that the room was close to the elevators, and I did hear the noise. However, over all, I had a wonderful stay. Mahalo!

We actually had a small SNAFU, the property has a no drone policy and if it was in the descriptive documents I missed it. Whe I did fly one time (only) to photograph the harbor it was explained to me by staff that although the harbor us fine to fly the property is not, I was asked kindly to put it away and not use it from the property. I happily complied and the rest of the stay was flawless. Thank you again.
