This unit is located on the 15th floor of the Ilikai Hotel. Most sought after and in a spectacular location with views of the Pacific Ocean overlooking the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor. Enjoy waking up with the calming ocean view and ending your day with unforgettable Hawaiian sunsets. The open kitchen allows you to enjoy the views of the ocean while preparing your meals. A sliding divider allows for privacy between the living area and the bedroom. You'll get the comfort and benefits of home while traveling!
***Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 7/13/2026 - 7/24/2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in April 2027

We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

The condo needs some updating. What about a bedspread to give it some charm???? The patio chair cushions are really BAD. The birds are tearing them apart and the black rod iron is very, very hot. The kitchen needs a better supply of cooking utensils (slotted spoons and new scissors (they don’t cut anything). What about a crockpot???? We used to own a condo on the Big Island and I made sure it had everything…..including the cushions.

We liked the fact that it was on the 15th floor, the people who manage the rental were quick to answer our requests but I believe the owners need to replace the furniture including the cushions on the chairs on the lanai, buy a new coffee pot, new kitchen dishes, new glasses other than the multitude of wine classes and clean blankets and a clean comforter. A new coat of paint inside would not be an unreasonable request.
We stayed 2 weeks, so if you were staying for less, it would be fine. But the bed was hard as a rock. We got very little sleep because the bed was so bad. The view is fantastic. Great location. Bathroom is fine. Overall it needs a lot of updating. Furniture is very uncomfortable and old. Kitchen was well equipped. Some dirty dishes were put away in the cabinets. Nail holes in the wall where there used to be pictures. They were in the closet, so I’m guessing they just didn’t put them back up… someone threw up off the balcony above us onto our balcony. So that was fun… overall it’s great for the price but you pay for what you get.

Good value for Waikiki. Unit has everything. Beach chairs and floaties even. The only thing different from photos was the new had no bed spread . Clean and comfortable
