Incredibly location, The Ilikai is by the harbor, so if you go on any excursions, the meeting point is steps away. Also close to shopping, the Lagoon and restaurants. We had a rental Jeep for the week, the garage was a huge convenience as well. The views from the condo were also spectacular.

Host was very welcoming. Unit is spacious and in good location.

My husband and I brought our two adult daughters. We had plenty of space and the location is exceptional. Rosina was great at communicating with us.

Rosita was a lovely, highly responsive host! The apartment was on a corner of the building, so there were windows and balconies out two sides, including a view of the ocean. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and was super convenient to the beach, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. Rosita included a building parking pass for us, which was super convenient to have!

Nice unit with wonderful views! Restaurant, mini grocery store, smoothie/acai and coffee/pastry onsite as well as free parking. Shopping, restaurants and Waikīkī beach are right at your fingertips! Hostess very accommodating.

The condo itself is gorgeous!! Amazing location to the lagoon and beach. The property itself offered a warm pool, good coffee shop and restaurant. The only downside of our trip was that the power was out for 9hrs and we weren’t able to use any amenities but that wasn’t the hosts fault. Would stay again!

Host was more than accommodating, amenities were great. Host even had some extras. Having overnight parking included in the stay was wonderful.

Our host communicated when needed and was quick to send replies to questions. The unit was very nice. Loved the decor. We appreciated the attention to detail- coffee k-cups, nice goblets, soaps, iron, steamer, etc etc. But most of all, the unit was CLEAN! It is the first rental that I can remember that I haven’t felt like I didn’t want to touch anything and needed to wipe surfaces down. Thank you thank you for that!! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect set up for 4 people stay. Easy access to beach and shopping areas. The owner was excellent with communication. Highly recommend this place for a vacation on Oahu.

Parking was good, location excellent however the condo requires some TLC. The shower head leaked in the en-suite bathroom.Ants on the kitchen worktop and in the coffee maker. The bed linen did not fit and the curtains did not close properly in the guest bedroom. Could not open the sliding doors onto the balcony for the master bedroom and living room.Overall the unit is tired looking and is given bare minimum care between bookings, I had messaged the owner three times before contact was actually achieved regarding door code access.The property is tired looking and did not provide any further local information.

Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Close to everything. Had some difficulty communicating with property manager prior to check in. But things got resolved and overall we had a nice stay.

Parking and check in was good, however, we were very disappointed to find what appeared to be ghost ants crawling in multiple places of the unit. I called the host immediately upon arrival once we realized they weren't going away. I really appreciated that the host answered my call immediately. We were told they were from the fresh flowers but we removed the flowers immediately and the ant-type bugs persisted during our whole stay and were found in several areas of the unit. The host offered a credit for a future stay but we won't use it. Black pieces were blowing out of the living room A/C unit, most likely from it being very dirty. Looking at the bathroom vents it looked like the inside had not been cleaned for many years because there was a thick, heavy layer of dust inside the vent. The location of this unit was perfect and close walking distance to so much but we just couldn't get comfortable with how many ghost ants there were.

Parking was easy and communication was quick and helpful. Room was perfect. I loved it!

A magical stay, so close to everything but far enough to enjoy the scenic views. A great home away from home, would love to stay again if we get back. Plenty of beds for a group and everything we needed to make the stay a pleasant one. Rosina went above and beyond with her help. Thank you again.

Nice location - facilities were nice. Pay attention to the email messages regarding parking and what’s expected for cleaning well in advance. Getting extra towels seemed like an inconvenience for the mgmt, overall it worked well for us!

The parking situation was a bit frustrating since the key card for parking access changed and Rosina was not aware and we had to handle it ourselves with the parking management and input info for Rosina on line in order to obtain the new card. Also the second room with the two beds are full size beds not queen and is very small. You can’t move around the room very well. The space is very tight.

The location is absolutely perfect. The room was clean, and beautiful view. You can walk to what ever your needing, there is food, ice cream, coffee. I was having questions due to my lack of understanding and the property owner was kind and responsive. We had parking which was awesome. I would definitely love to book again.

The unit looked exactly like the photos, and Rosina was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. The location is fantastic—close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Most of our Uber rides to attractions were only 8–15 minutes. I would definitely book this unit again if we go back.

Beautiful condo, great location, excellent host!

It was a fantastic place that looks recently updated. I tried to use the dishwasher, but couldn't get it to work. I wish beach towels were provided, it is hard to find beach towels. We never really belonged to the hotel, so we couldn't use theirs. It would be nice to have an ice machine like a regular hotel. Lovely time!

You can’t beat the location of the ilikai, at the end of Waikiki beach. Having 2 balconies made it easy to enjoy the mountain and ocean views during the changing light conditions. The unit was well appointed and very clean. The parking spot was a great bonus !

We loved our stay, We have a condo 3 blocks from the water, decided to stay with a water view this year, the view was perfect weather was great. Rosina was wonderful to deal with. Loved the ice cream parlor on property. I do wish the on site pool stayed open later. Its a 10 minute walk to main shops and restaurants.

Good location, very nice place, easy check in. Parking garage is a bit tight, but still overall easy.

Overall, the condo was beautiful. I did not receive the code to enter the condo 3 days in advance of arrival as indicated. However, the property manager was very responsive and we were able to get in with no problem. We did notice that the condo door did not lock on the way out. We discovered this a day into our stay but thankfully didn’t pose a problem, but was a bit concerning.

We loved the condo, location, amenities, everything was wonderful!We would definitely stay again and recommend it!

Very nice place. Plenty of room and great location. I would recommend this for your next stay in Honolulu. Parking space was an extra perk!

We had a wonderful stay for our first trip to Hawaii. Property was located within walking distance to the beach, with great views. Upon checkin there was a little issue but Rosalina more than accommodated in making it right. Bed and pillows were great! Loved our stay. The door did have some issues with trying to lock with the key pad otherwise property was great!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was perfect size for 4 adults. The balconies on two sides created a great breeze and space to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The beach and restaurants were in walking distance. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The included parking spot was a big bonus. We would definitely return.

The owner describes this unit as a newly remodeled condo. This building was built in the 1960s and the unit has been updated but the renovation was done in a shoddy and unprofessional manor. The condo no longer has central air conditioning. The AC in one of the bedrooms did not work. Other issues: dish washer didn’t work-we were told to hand wash the dishes, beds were uncomfortable, outdated appliances, no ice maker, kitchen is woefully under-supplied and the dishes and bowls are scratched, chipped and worn, no drawer space for clothing, no washer/dryer in the condo, no black out curtain in the bedrooms, dirty furniture, worst of all an unresponsive owner.

Just a few days in Honolulu before Kona, Rosina place is beautiful with everything that we needed. Complimentary underground parking was nice. Communication with Rosina is easy and very fast response.

This place is beautifully styled with all of the amenities you’d want from home. Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen sink, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, laundry down the hall, dishwasher, a/c in each bedroom and living room, an extra box fan to help move the air, plenty of bowls/plates/coffee cups/water glasses/wine glasses, cookware, coffee pot for multiple servings, keurig for pods….really, not anything was lacking.While it is likely some treasures were left behind by other guests rather than provided by the host, it was nice to have them. There were sand chairs, water floaties, small, insulted lunch cooler, and possibly flippers. The spice cabinet had many items one would hope for, also likely left behind by previous guests.This was really an excellent find! Friends who traveled with us didn't have places as newly renovated, nor did theirs come with a parking pass. Parking is a big deal in the area as space is limited. Having a dedicated spot underground the building was so convenient and appreciated!Rosina is quick to reply with questions so please feel free to reach out. We will keep this location in mind if we find ourselves in Honolulu again!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful Christmas vacation in this condo. Rosina was amazing to work with. The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and awesome location. We rented a car so the parking stall came in handy. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful property centrally located to attractions, shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, perfect stay.

This visit was only 6 days this trip, but truly enjoyed our time at Ilikai! This condo was perfect for our family as we celebrated our sisters life at Diamond Head Mortuary. Thank you, we will stay here again!

The apartment was clean and in a great position. The relaxing balcony was completely overshadowed by the relentless protests from Hilton employees going on across the road and along the road from 7 am until 9 pm. The level of the noise meant we could not sit outside. And we had to put the tv on loud and air conditioning on - we had to vacate the flat for most of the day as you could not stay in there due to the level of the noise . Sadly ruined our retirement holiday which cost thousands - check before booking as it’s a long term protest

This place was definitely located in a great area. All close amenities, including shops and restaurants close by and or walking distance. If you wanted to spend some time with the beach, the lagoon was right at your feet or you can walk 10 to 15 minutes and get to Waikiki Beach. Multiple shops in the lobby, including ice cream shop that we enjoyed daily. The only downside was the Hilton right across the street had a strike so we had to listen to the picketers all day and into the evening therefore we didn’t really get to enjoy the balconies. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed staying at the Ilikai! The location was central, wasy to get arpund and the suite and builing had everything we needed! I woul reccomend staying here and will stay again!

This property was in the perfect location for everything. You can sit on your balcony and watch fireworks on Friday. Everything you need is within walking distance. Condo was clean and equipped extremely well. We would stay there again.

Bathroom leakage from upstair condo thru ceiling at bath tub and down the wall. After 3rd day, toilet water drops from above after owner had person came in to clean tub wall and ceiling.

We were a family of 5 staying at this condo in the Ilikai building for 10 nights which is located on the eastern end of Waikiki beach, next door to the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The location is perfect, right on the beach and within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants, and easily the nicest end of Waikiki being wider and less crowded. The Ilikai is a mixture of private owned units and hotel guests, but all facilities are open to everyone no matter. The lobby has a useful convenience store, ice cream shop, Poke shop and surf/SUP rental shop plus others. There is also a Foodland & Walmart larger food supermarket 1 mile away. The condo itself is as per the pictures, lovely and bright, very clean and amazing views from both balconies. The AC is excellent, beds very comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms helps with a large family! We ate in for several evenings so made good use of the full kitchen. There were even some snorkel sets left which saved us from having to hire. The shared laundry facilities down the corridor were brilliant, $3 for a washer or dryer. The reserved parking bay in the underground car park was a real bonus for this condo. We messaged with Rosina several times over our stay and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, even offering to arrange a mid-week clean for us if needed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Great property, overall. The only downside of the property was the elevators. They are small and slow. I would stay here again.

Our stay was great at this condo in the Ilikai. The condo is spacious, nice views and lots of amenities. The fact that you have a reserved parking is a bonus that was very useful. It’s well located in Waikiki close to all amenities, restaurants and attractions. The host, Rosina, was always responsive and helpful. It was a pleasure communicating with her. Our family enjoyed the stay in this condo and if we were to return to Waikiki, this would be a great place to stay again. Thanks.

This condo fit all 4 of us perfectly. It was nice to have an ocean view from the balcony. My teens enjoyed having queen sized beds instead of twins. Rosina was easy to get in touch with and communicate with during our stay.

Just as beautiful in person. Excellent location and unit was very clean. Free parking was a plus. The only downside is the elevators as there was long wait at certain times of day. But, this was a minimal issue. The ease and convenience of beach, nearby shopping, and restaurants was a definite plus.

This property was a real gem. It's convenient to many local activities plus a large shopping center, it's very well-equipped, and there were lots of little extras like toiletries and beach gear. It's a short ride or 10-minute walk to the main marina where the scuba and other boats leave from, and next door to the Atlantis sub dock. There is some noise from the main street outside, but nothing major. Plus, there's an amazing local ice cream shop on-premises and occasional live entertainment.

We had a good stay at this place. The property manager is very nice. The building is a bit dated, but the unit is well maintained and the location is great.

The property is great, albeit old. Bathrooms were tired but that’s the ilikai, it’s been around for years. All in all, everything we needed was there. Beds comfy, apartment clean. View spectacular. Had to use bath towels on the beach, as no beach towels were offered. Availability of towels at the pool was non existent. All in all, I would recommend a stay here.

Condo was clean, well-decorated, bright, and roomy enough for two adults and two teens. We enjoyed early morning coffee and surfers on the ocean view lanai. Parking was a huge plus. We really enjoyed our time in Oahu.

Beautifully decorated corner unit with a nice view. Clean and welcoming. Very close to Hilton Hawaiian Village for shopping/dining and just a few minutes walk to the water. Well-supplied kitchen and bath essentials. Beach chairs available for use, but umbrellas were a bit old. Remember to bring your own beach towels. Lopsided sofa bed needs some fixing/adjustment, but mattress was comfortable enough. A/C wall unit in 2nd bedroom didn’t work well, but thankfully it didn’t get too hot (no problem with other A/Cs). Finally, washer/dryer located near elevators, not inside unit.

Location was ideal…convenient to all we wanted to do. Comfortable accommodations, lovely view from the deck. Air conditioning works well.
