There are many great shops and dining establishments right on property and it's an easy walk, trolley or taxi ride to many other exciting shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues! Beautiful Duke Kahanamoku Beach Park & Lagoon are located just a quick 4-minute walk down the exclusive beach access walkway, and Ala Moana Center and Beach Park are a 10–15-minute walk away!
NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-Bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept Studio with only large sliding doors separating the bedroom from the living room.

CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking or Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Great location, great place to stay for the price! Underneath and behind the beds was quite dirty and dusty but besides that the suite was very clean and perfect for a short term stay.
Perfect location. The unit had everything we needed and the city view was so fun at night with the sliding doors wide open. The valet parking was smooth and easy, and cheaper than many parking options close by.
We had everything needed to make an amazing Easter dinner. Listing was accurate,room was clean and we had ample towels.Onsite washer and dryer were cheap ,large capacity and wifi . So it notified yiau when loads were done !Location was amazing,free pagoon next door (with fireworks on Friday,a short walk to the ocean and the harbor were most excursions leave from .I was very impressed for the value !

It was a very clean facility
once we arrived very easy to get in. communication was ok place could use a face-lift but was very adequate. It really needs some good knives that actually cut. The lanai was nice but could get loud as it echos in between the buildings.overall good.

It was the best check in process. I ever dealt with didn’t have to speak with nobody at the front desk. I was given the permissions to enter with code in the vacation started. It’s less than five minutes to the beach and the best thing is they provided a cart for all our beach necessities perfect accessory to my vacation. I will definitely look this place up again for future Waikiki vacation.
Very clean and comfortable. Great location, easy walk to everything. Slightly dated decor, could use a upgrade of curtains etc. Quite a lot of road noise to be mindful of.
Pros: location, living space (sofa area plus two beds), full kitchen, lanai size, ac works well, Cons: in need of a deep clean. Beds are like RV mattresses. Road noise is significant (we used white noise on our phone while we slept), due to our time (13 days) - could have been supplied more consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, towel service),

It is a studio apartment with a cute kitchen and bathroom. I liked that it had cable and wifi BUT. They really need to replace the Beds and Bedding. The place on the surface seemed clean but when you live it it you noticed the odors and stains. Replace the Brds, Shampoo the carpets and sofa and it would have been a 10 out of 10. I don’t mind old furniture which everything was very lived in. But the dirty looks and smell turned me off. I am planning to return to Honolulu in November. Not sure if the reasonable price of this room is worth it. I would definitely stay at the ilikai again just not in this particular room which is a sham because you could see how comfortable the room could be.
Nice stay, the condo has two double beds, a sofa, two barstools for the counter, refrigerator, stove and items needed for cooking. The bath has a shower only and the water pressure is good. The unit is a little dated, but beds comfortable. The AC went out once, but it was fixed almost immediately, everything else was in good working order. The condo is next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village which has many eateries and stores. The condo complex has a few eateries and stores. The property is in easy walking distance to Waikiki Beach.
Location is great, could not ask for a better place to stay, the beach & lagoon are right there.

Reviewer Comments: The 2 double beds were horrible, the glass doors didn't close there was an inch gap in the bottom for about a foot so you hear the traffic noise all day and night. The kitchen isn't fully stocked like they say, only 3 forks, an oven that hardly works, a small 8" frying pan, No cookie sheets was hard to cook. Very run down, wallpaper coming off the walls, toilet didn't flush well, shower didn't get Hot. They have a broom from the 80's so cant hardly sweep up. Couch is hard and dirty, only 2 breakfast chairs. I have stayed ay the Ilikai a number of times and 607 is not up to the quality we are use to. Pictures do not show the quality of what you are getting.

So you don't get the amenities of a hotel like room service, fresh towels, etc but it's just a one room place. It has a kitchen, but it's not well appointed. There was one very tiny skillet and then a stock pot and 2 sizes of pans. So don't plan on cooking any real meals. And the knives were DULL! They were so dangerous. I wouldn't want anyone to use them for fear of getting cut really horribly. The beds were pretty horrible too. Very thin mattress on a frame, no box springs. And it was a spring mattress, so pretty uncomfortable all around. Very low to the ground. The owners didn't respond the two times I had questions, so I'm not sure it's the place for you if you have needs. We won't be back unfortunately.
