This well appointed Palm Villa rental, at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, overlooks the 15th Fairway of the beautiful Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Sweeping ocean views beyond the golf course combined with the Villa's casual elegance make this the ideal private getaway.
A few highlights of this two story, townhouse style Villa include an upstairs great room and downstairs living room, gourmet kitchen, wireless internet connection and TWO private golf carts for use throughout the Resort. The large primary suite includes its own private lanai and outdoor garden shower. Family and friends can relax in comfortable elegance in this well appointed, spacious residence.
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Lower Level) Primary - King bed, Smart TV, Ensuite Bathroom with Dual Vanity, Bathtub, Shower, Outdoor Shower, Lanai, Ocean View
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - King Bed, Smart TV, Lanai
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level) - Two Full Beds, Smart TV, Lanai
Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

This property is professionally managed by Private Homes Hawaii, a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the State of Hawaii. Your deposits will be safe in our client trust account. And you will be greeted upon arrival and provided an orientation to this magnificent villa. We will also be available for additional services and assistance throughout your stay that may include (additional charges apply):

More than enough room for our family of four. The kitchen was equipped with the best of everything you might need. Waking up to ocean views to the west and a volcano to the east as viewed from multiple porches was very special. Probably our favorite feature was the outdoor shower which can't be beat after an ocean swim or day of golf. Easy access to the Four Seasons Hualalai resort with world class restaurants, pools and golf. Finally, the property manager went above and beyond to make our stay go smoothly including going above and beyond by sending us key personal items left behind. If I could rate it six of five stars I would. Mahalo!
