This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury villa is a short distance to the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai - truly one of the worlds' great resorts. Enjoy the amazing ocean views from this ground floor Hillside Villa. Koa cabinets, travertine floors and wooden privacy shutters add to the luxurious charm. The primary bedroom features a private outdoor garden shower to complete your Hawaii experience.
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 Primary - King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub and outdoor shower, ocean view, Lanai.
Bedroom 2 - King Bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3 - Two Twin Beds (converts into a King Bed upon request), TV, access to a 1/2 bath in the hallway.
*There is an outdoor shower located off Bedroom 3 which is appropriate only for rinsing, coming from the beach and pools, etc.
The villa is ideally located in the Resort and close to the beach. Take a leisurely stroll to many of the Resort's fine amenities: The Sports Club & Spa, Hualalai Golf Club, the beach at the Four Season's, 5 Swimming Pools, Retail Shops, 4 Restaurants, the Trading Company, Hualalai Coffee Company and the Club Concierge.
The Hillside Community Pool is conveniently located across from this villa - perfect for cooling off after a day of golf. Also available for your use, are (2) 4 passenger golf carts. Take a spin through more than 800 acres of lush tropical landscaping surrounding fields of jet-black lava, or to the Resident's Beach House for lunch. This villa has it all and will leave you with lasting and fond memories of your Hualalai vacation.
Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where do I begin?! We spent seven days in this home recently (September 10th –17) and it was amazing! The home was situated with the view that you can see in this picture, but it really does not do justice to the overall scene. The home is equipped with every convenience you could probably imagine – the kitchen is fully stocked with things like blenders and Cuisinarts and other equipment that you would not normally find a rental. The patio overlooks the ocean as you can see in this picture there is a brand new weber barbecue for your use on the patio and an outdoor shower in the master bedroom which is absolutely divine! The service from the concierge was exceptional, they met us at the house when we arrived and showed us around they are super friendly and super helpful. We also avail ourselves of the Four Seasons facilities which are hard to even describe! The restaurants are amazing – I had four or five meals that were probably some of the best I’ve ever had in my life! And there are, I believe, six or seven pools that you can access in addition to playing golf (for a hefty fee) and use of the spa . Supposed to say, this place rocks!

Salt. pepper, cooking oil, etc. The other thing is while having a beautiful ocean view, there are no blinds to mitigate afternoon sun. Or to provide privacy when the sun goes down.
Excellent experience in paradise. Property manager for booking and on-site was very responsive and helpful. Location and unit was one of the best in Hualalai. Great view and close to all of the facilities. We will be back.
