Kona Reef A-24 - True Oceanfront Condo

Nice place to stay in was very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean. Nice big shower easy to move in. You don’t have to bring any shampoo because they are already stocked. He will stay here again when we come back.

Accommodation was amazing with a beautiful view from the lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m not sure who is considered the host. We could have used more details -it took us a couple days to locate the keys to the pool area and never did figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the living room. The unit is well equipped and comfortable

Lovely oceanfront condo, well stocked and easy to navigate. Walkable to Kona shops and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This beautiful place was a home away from home with the best ocean views! The owners are such gracious hosts and put such great efforts into having everything there that you will need to have a wonderful stay! We loved its cleanliness, adorable decorations and both the main bedroom bed and pull out sofa beds were super comfortable to sleep on. It really helped to have air conditioning in both the bedroom and livingrooms as it can get a bit humid and we were in 7th heaven inside. We are definatley coming back!

Highlight of the trip, the crashing waves makes this the ideal place for meditating/stress relieving.

The condo has everything's you need sown to the corkscrew. The place is immaculately clean. The view is to die for we will be back

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was updated, clean and very comfortable. It was walking distance to Kona shops and restaurants. After a day of exploring the island or visiting a beach it was nice to come back to. The beach chairs and umbrella, cooler and snorkel gear were also very much appreciated. We also enjoyed the pool and cooking area although the grills could be updated. They didn’t always heat up. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the waves, surfers and of course the beautiful sunsets.

Very nice! We didn’t know about the parking permit until we were warned by the complex. Didn’t know how to find A-24 so we searched all over. Once we found the room we were very happy with the room.

This condo was awesome!The location was great and walkable to downtown Kona. The condo itself was right on the water and was great for morning coffee and beautiful sunsets.The condo had all the essentials including a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of beach supplies. (chairs, towels, coolers, snorkeling gear, boogie boards)All in all, a great experience!

We have stayed in several different units in the Kona Reef over the past few years. This unit was the cleanest unit we have ever checked into. The remodel that was done was very nice and the unit was decorated very nicely. All of the furniture was comfortable including the bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing and serving our meals. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working and called the after hours number around 9:30 at night. The person who took the message was very helpful and said they would leave a message for the property manager. At 6:00 am I had a text from Tracy at Kona Beach asking when she could come over to measure the area to replace the refrigerator. By 2:30 that afternoon we had a new refrigerator. Things happen and appliances break but this was handled excellent. The only issue we really had was when we booked the unit we were not informed there was a remodel taking place in the unit next door. Consequently there was construction noise during the day. This is something that should have been noted on the rental site

Excellent property - true oceanfront watching surfing/whales. Toilet clogged on arrival but management group had a plumber out immediately- same with lost parking permit- DO recommend

We really enjoyed the condo! It was clean and organized. The appliances worked well. The sofa bed was comfortable. The bedding was organized in the plastic bins and vacuume suction bags which was helpful. There could have been a better hook or hanger for the living room "closet" area for the second guest sleeping in the living room. Other than that we really enjoyed it!

Wonderful property. Loved the sound of the waves crashing. Easy walk to all the restaurants in Kailua-Kona . Great atmosphere. Felt very secure in the property. Great amenities. Large TV, solid WiFi

The condo was perfect with an absolute stunning view. This is our second time in this condo and we loved it even more the second time. Highly recommend this condo and Kona Reef. The location cannot be beat, and the amenities are great!

Great place to stay. Oceanfront, we sat on the lanai listening to the waves and watching kids body surfing. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

We had a wonderful time and loved this place! Stunning ocean view from the private lanai, pictures don't do it justice! Great for sunsets too. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with lots of amenities. Great location on Ali'l Drive with easy parking and close enough to walk to dinner and shopping in town. We will be back!

The condo itself was clean, well stocked and a perfect view from the balcony. The complex that the condo was located in was somewhat grungy though. Several condos seemed to be undergoing restoration repairs, such as the one next to our unit. Had more of an old apt building vibe than a tropical resort feel.

need to provide instructions for TV. Tracy was gracious enough to come by and help figure out the difference between streaming and Spectrum live tv. it involves two remotes. An electric teapot / boiler would be helpful. I'm not sure the quick boil function on the stove works too well - it takes several minutes to boil water for a few cups of tea. It would be fantastic if you provided a good size telescope for checking out the boats, rowers, surfers, stars and surrounding coastline. The binoculars are pretty useless for those activities. I highly recommend this wonderful condo for a trip to Kona. Extremely well stocked, clean, and very easy check-in / check-out process. The view is amazing and we especially loved the sunsets. Very quiet and private. Took advantage of all of the great beach equipment- towels, chairs, umbrella, and snorkel equipment. Thank you for a lovely stay. We felt very welcomed by all of the attention to detail. We would love to come back!

1 bedroom condo w/ patio right on the ocean. Large patio storage chest full of beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen has all the cooking tools you want & others have left assorted condiments.

Beautiful condo with great views. Close to shopping and restaurants. You can walk or drive to both. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at Kona Reef previously and will return. The location is spectacular and the amenities fit our needs.
