Rare 3 Bedroom heart of Downtown!

Had everything we needed. We were there for work and it was close to the shipyards with all the amenities needed a good stay.

Our host was amazing throughout our stay. Always available for advice and information. We had a great time with our family and the condo was exactly what we needed for all of us.

Excellent location for exploring the city, public transportation in every direction is right there, roof top pool is quiet and not very busy, condo has plenty of towels, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee grinder. Building managers are very nice and helpful. Chinatown restaurants only a couple of blocks away, and next door Paris Baguette Bakery a (I went there every day - it is that good!!!)

Upon our arrival, we had to wait an extra hour and a half before we could check-in to the room after our scheduled time, then upon arrival to the actual room it smelled like mildew, and while inspecting it, we noticed a significant amount of mold on the main air vent in the living room, as well as a leaky kitchen sink with mold beginning to grow underneath it. The majority of the items inside the sink were significantly wet. After reaching out to the host to inform them about the mold & sink situation, they disregarded our inquiry implying the mold spores is rust and didn’t take it seriously at all. Additionally, a cockroach was found inside one of the guest bedrooms by a friend after the first night, and also the dryer didn’t work at ALL the entire time which was very very upsetting. The area outside is also noticeably populated with many homeless people loitering and panhandling on the sidewalk. Definitely will not be staying here again

Communication with host was great from day one. Check in was a little frustrating, more on our end as we had so many people/luggage in the car and we were cramped. Went to check in at 4pm as the VRBO check in time stated. The cleaner was still there and asked us to come back about 5:30pm, however understood our frustration with the luggage and allowed us to drop off all our luggage while he cleaned.The area is cute. We frequented the coffee shop on the corner and there was a 7-11 downstairs as well. Everything was close and lots of places to walk around. It got a bit busy with street people at night, but they were friendly enough and my husband and I never felt uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Our kids went daily. The apartment itself was just as advertised. The rooms (minus the master bedroom) were small but we didn’t mind as we didn’t spend much time at the apartment anyway. The master bedroom was spacious but the bed was terrible! Not comfortable at all and squeaked every time someone moved. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch a few times.There was parking as well which was nice as we ended up renting a car. Be prepared to get dizzy getting in and out the lot as it’s 10 floors of going in circles.Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely stay here again.

One of the people in our party is in a motorized wheelchair. The owners went the extra mile to answer specific questions about accommodations to make sure they were accessible, and offer suggestions to make sure we had the information we needed. Owners are extremely responsive and gracious. I will look them up again if our travels bring us to the same area in the future.

We had a great time at this property. The hosts were very helpful and we appreciated the clear communications. Perfect location and place to visit with our son and enjoy some down time. Would stay again

A great location in the heart of Honolulu. Convenient to Waikiki and the highway for island wide excursions. We equipped with many amenities!

Was great area and very comfortable home with everything we need and the hosts vary good people!!

Great place to stay, Downtown, more on the Western side, not very crowed. Easy access to get in and out for what you are doing for the day. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed the time staying at this property. very centrally located. one thing we would like to add to the property is more lighting. due to the property having only 1 bathroom, it is hard for everyone to get ready, especially ladies.

We were overall very happy with our stay at this VRBO the owners were responsive to questions and addressed concerns about cleanliness in a timely manner. This property has a good selection of items that you don't need to worry about purchasing or bringing. The property was not cleaned well, very dusty, dirty sticky floors and kitchen sink was very dirty. Owners were notified and addressed it accordingly. We had no other issues. Would stay again

Location was great and loved the free parking. Checking in was harder since we had to drop one off to go get the pass from the room. Was nice to have enough space for everyone and not feel like you are cramped. A small welcome packet could be useful with quick information such as trash locations, pool, WiFi etc. would stay again here!
