Wake up to a sweeping 180-degree ocean view from this renovated 3-bedroom condo in Holualoa, in the heart of Kona's coffee country on Hawaii's Big Island. At roughly 1,500 feet of elevation, the trade winds keep this home naturally cool and breezy, so no air conditioning is needed. Marble tile runs throughout, and the covered lanai is the best seat in the complex for sunsets over the Kona coast. Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sleep up to six guests. Two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and smart TVs. On site you will find a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a BBQ area, and free parking. You are minutes from Kailua-Kona, beaches, snorkeling, coffee farms, shops and restaurants, and about a 30-minute drive from Kona International Airport. Ideal for vacations, remote work, and extended stays of 30 days or longer. Please note that the third sleeping area is an open loft above the living room, reached by stairs, and is best suited to adults, teens, and older children. Dogs welcome with prior approval.
