Welcome to your tropical haven! This cozy and spotless Studio in Waikiki offers the perfect retreat after a fun-filled day exploring the vibrant heart of Honolulu. Located in a secure building with a friendly security team, this gem is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

IN THE UNIT:
Sleep like a king (or queen!) on the luxurious queen-sized bed that promises a heavenly slumber. The spacious unit features a large sliding window that invites in the soothing Hawaiian breezes and offers picturesque views of the Ala Wai Canal, with the Ocean whispering sweet nothings in the background.

Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for posting those stunning beach pics or planning your next adventure.

Relax and unwind with the large Smart TV, offering endless entertainment options to keep you chilled out during downtime. The air-conditioned space ensures that you're always cool and comfortable, no matter the temperature outside.

Freshen up with one bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel per guest, and snuggle into crisp, clean linens on the comfy queen-sized bed. The cleaning fee covers professional sanitization and restocking of goodies after each guest's departure.

KITCHEN:
Whip up your favorite meals in the kitchenette, which comes with a sleek induction cooktop, microwave, and all the necessary kitchen essentials. The foldable dining table and chairs allow for intimate dining or a quick breakfast before hitting the waves.

PARKING:
Guests may park in the gated parking garage for $50 per day (cash only, rates subject to change).

Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.

Waikiki is a vibrant and lively city, offering an exciting atmosphere just steps from world-class beaches, shopping, and dining. As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.

For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.

For the safety and security of all our guests, we may request a copy of valid ID for each arriving guest after the reservation is confirmed. This measure helps ensure a secure and trusted environment for everyone.

Please note that water and power interruptions may occasionally occur due to building management`s maintenance or operational activities, which are standard in most hospitality businesses. These activities are initiated and controlled solely by the building management and are beyond the host’s scope of responsibility. We strive to communicate any announcements promptly; however, such occurrences are not reflective of the host`s service or property upkeep.

Please be aware that occasional noise may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as building maintenance, neighboring activities, or the urban environment. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding these occasional disturbances. If you experience any significant disruptions during your stay, please don`t hesitate to contact us. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly to ensure a pleasant stay.

Parcels may be delivered either to the mailbox or held at the security office. However, as we are privately managed, we cannot guarantee secure handling. We suggest shipping your package to the nearest parcel station for reliable pickup. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

If you want to cancel this booking, please note that we follow a strict cancellation policy.

All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, adjustments to the trip dates cannot be accommodated. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all guests, as our services, supplies, and scheduling are meticulously planned to provide the best experience.

We strongly encourage guests to review their travel plans carefully before confirming a reservation and consider purchasing travel insurance. Travel insurance can help protect against unforeseen changes or disruptions, offering added peace of mind.

Check Out Procedure - please leave both room card keys in the unit on the table before you check out.

Please be aware a fee will be charged for any of the following reasons:
1) Any towels are missing. $5 per hand/small/kitchen towel and $10 per beach/bath towel [the unit has 2 small towels, 1 hand towel,2 kitchen towels, 2 beach towels, and 4 bath towels given initially].
2) $40 for a lost keycard.
3) Excessive mess or repair/replacement for damages to the room and for any missing items.
4) Any violation/Fines resulting from breaching the association rules and regulation. [Abide by House Rules as enforced by AOAO/Resident Manager. Any Fines will be tenant`s Responsibility]

Also, please wash and dry your dishes and take out the trash to prevent odor/bugs staying in the unit. Thank you!

Please understand if the `damage` resulted from assisted animals after checkout, we will have to charge the additional fee before our next guest(s) comes in.

Property owners/managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guests are responsible for the safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damages, breakages and theft, and loss are the guests` responsibility during their stay.

Please remember to take responsibility for your personal belongings, as the host and establishment cannot be held liable for any lost or misplaced items. While we will do our best to inform you about any items left behind, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure you have everything before departing.
