Such a great location and Coryne was amazing.
I was a bit hesitant when deciding on this property. It looked so beautiful - really perfect in the photos. BUT - there were no reviews! Then I spoke with the property manager, Coryne, who assured me that the reason was that I was to be the first guest! I had an immediate sense of trust in Coryne and it proved to be well placed. She went on to spend a great deal of time with me responding thoroughly and patiently to each of my questions, helping me to get a clear picture of the location and other variables that mattered to us. So, we took a leap and WOW were we happy that we did. The house is stunning - and I am used to beautiful homes! But this one is a cut above; built and crafted beautifully; maintained beautifully; furnished beautifully; located in a perfect neighborhood - extremely quiet, safe and secure; with the most beautiful birds and bird song each morning, and an amazingly prolific mango tree - and a wonderful, larger than I have found in other homes pool, with low chlorine levels due to ozone treatments - and all of this just a 10-15 minute walk through Kapiolani Park to Waikiki and the beaches. I had wondered if I would miss being directly on the ocean - but in fact I found its proximity perfect and having a bit of distance, meant more quiet and solitude - and being up on a hill with gorgeous, protected views, to be just right. I've learned over the years that who the property manager is, is critical to the success of my experience, and Coryne was great - as was her team. No matter what I may have needed, she was just a text away with an exceptionally quick response time. I recommend this home and its team, unequivocally. A. Stern
