This property is amazing. We can’t recommend it enough. The house is perfect for a family. Plenty of room to spread out and amazing views. We spent most of our time on the deck. You are very close to restaurants and shopping as well. If you want a great place to stay in an amazing neighborhood, this is the place. We will be back

We had a lovely family trip to Hawaii. It was made even better by our house which was super comfortable, spacious, well equipped with pretty much everything you need from toiletries to spices. The pool was lovely on the hot days and the hot tub was perfect for the cooler / misty days. We did end up using the AC due to the humidity, which worked well. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. (This is often the make or break for me personally ) The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (except for tongs which we couldn’t find… hmmm). The location was great. We spent a lot of time venturing south and north and it was in a prime spot for everything we did (snorkeling, coffee, shopping, etc). Waking up the sound of the birds and breeze and ending our evening with a sunset was exactly the kind of relax time we needed. We were having a family vacation for our 50th anniversary and wanted a place that would allow us to have space and fun together as a family. This was a great place for the seven of us. A great pool, spa pool and a large outdoor space to enjoy. What a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. The home is on a steep slope. We had a couple issues that were weather related due the large quantities of rain and wind that occurred while there. Also a clothes dryer vent that was blocked. We were able to work through it working with the on island property manager. There were two things that created some issues for us. The first one is the driveway is so steep the tires would slip on the wet concrete when going up and down the driveway. The other challenge was having two vehicles there. We finally decided to park both vehicles at the top of the driveway and this worked for us. Several of the driveways in the development were very steep as well. There are concrete steps along the drive to walk to the top of the driveway. Lighting in the bedrooms was lacking. It is a bit of a challenge getting the garbage can to the road due to the steep driveway. We had a great time there. I would stay here again.

Amazing house, pool, neighborhood and ocean view. TVs everywhere so you can watch the game in every room! Kitchen had everything we needed, including a great island and extra cabinet storage. Great grocery and drug store and movie theater just down the hill. Wish I was still there!

This is a fantastic property and looks exactly like it does in the photos. It's spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, dining, playing board games or chilling out in the pool with the most amazing views.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Just be aware that insects, and in particular ants can be quite abundant in certain parts of the patio.

We had an amazing time. The house was excellent clean. Check-in was pretty simple. The area was beautiful. The view was amazing. FYI, when they say the driveway is steep that’s no joke lol.

Wonderful place to stay near Kona! We just got back from our trip and the house was amazing! Had everything we needed and more! The sunsets from the pool were remarkable! Hosts responded quickly and were easy to work with. We would come stay here again!

Comfort and luxury. The house and grounds were beautiful, the beds comfortable, great air conditioning, and what a beautiful view! The hosts were quick to respond. Gated community, that is manned 24/7. We had a memoriable week in Paradise!

We enjoyed a great stay. Six of us stayed very comfortably. This home has a wonderful view. The back patio is a great place to drink an early morning cup of coffee and watch the island wake up, and a great place to watch the sunset at the end of the day. Thanks!

This was a great property for 3 couples to enjoy and have fun together! Well stocked for everything you could ever need for cooking, entertainment and fun! The pool, spa and firepit were perfect not to mention the many amazing sunsets! We can't wait to go back again!
