The Space:

Silky ocean breezes drift across the lanai as Waikiki hums gently below. From your upper-floor perch, you can pause with morning coffee, watch the light move across the water, and settle into the easy rhythm of Honolulu’s year-round tropical climate. The shoreline, shops, and dining are all within walking distance, keeping everything close yet leaving you a quiet space to recharge.

Sleeping arrangements

This 1-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests. The bedroom features a king bed separated from the living area by a sliding door for added privacy. An L-shaped pull-out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are included for a comfortable stay.

Living space

Natural light fills the open layout, creating a relaxed setting to unwind after a day at the beach. Enjoy a 43 inch HDTV with standard cable, Wifi, and an Ethernet connection for streaming or remote work. Room-darkening shades and a window AC unit help keep the space comfortable throughout the year.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a dining table for shared breakfasts or evening takeout. Whether you’re blending smoothies before the beach or sitting down for dinner, the space supports easy island living.

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination, hot water, and bathroom essentials. An outdoor shower in the building is convenient after time in the sand.

Outdoor living & amenities

Step onto your private patio or balcony to enjoy ocean views and warm trade winds. Beach essentials are provided for your outings. The building features elevator access, a free parking garage on premises - 1 space, an EV charger - level 2, a shared outdoor pool (heated), shared hot tub, and shared sauna. Please note the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, and a laundromat is nearby.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.

Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court

Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

Room was clean and neat. Had all the amenities needed to make our daily meals (we hate eating out!). Views were amazing! Close to EVERYTHING, both walking and driving. We were happy to have a parking spot after long days of the soaking in the sun and sand around the island. We loved our stay and we’re looking forward to coming back!

We enjoyed staying at this property, especially since it’s on the 27th floor, which had a view of the ocean. It was perfect for a couple. The AC is quite noisy if you are a quiet sleeper. However, it worked out perfectly because it blocked out some of the interior and exterior noise🙂 We would stay here again.

We flew to Honolulu with our son and daughter-in law to attend our daughter's graduation from U of H. The flat was tidy and accommodated 4 adults. It was conveniently located and well equipped. I would only wish for a separate entrance to the bathroom not through the Master BR. I didn't notice that when I booked, but it worked ok. Otherwise thumbs up!

Internet too slow, working only 2G speed, Kitchen need more wine glasses (was just 1 ) the knives was useless for cutting anything . WILL BE NICE TO HAVE HAND HELD SHOWER HEAD Not complaining just suggesting.

The room was wonderful and very clean. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. I loved the fact that it is in a great location and within walking distance from resturants and stores.
