The Space:
Morning light filters through the windows as the city stirs below, and a soft island breeze drifts in from the lanai. From this 10th-floor retreat, you look out over mountain and city views while the energy of Waikiki hums just beyond your door. Evenings settle in with glowing skyline views and the steady rhythm of island life.
Sleeping arrangements
This fully renovated 1-bedroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door and features a king bed, ceiling fan, storage, and a 50-inch Smart TV. A pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space suited for children or occasional use. The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination along with bathroom essentials.
Living area
The living space is designed for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring Honolulu. Relax with a 65-inch HDTV with standard cable, Wifi, and an Ethernet connection. Window AC keeps the space comfortable, and a dining table for four makes it easy to gather for meals or evening planning. Sliding doors open directly to the private patio or balcony, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and everything needed for everyday cooking. Whether preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner in, the space is functional and comfortable for longer stays.
Outdoor living & amenities
Step onto the private lanai with outdoor seating to enjoy open-air views and trade winds. The building offers a shared heated pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna, along with a shared BBQ grill and outdoor dining area. Please note the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. Beach essentials are provided for days spent along the nearby shoreline. Free parking garage - 1 space - and a level 2 EV charger add convenience.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

Everything you need as a home base for Waikiki. Walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Parking included is a big bonus.
The condo was a nice size, the views were great. The location is awesome. Having a full kitchen allowed us to have some meals in and fill the fridge with food for the whole week. It is an easy walk to anywhere in Waikiki.
Overall great stay. Clean and conveniently located. Lack of elevator service was a bit of a hassle; we had to use the stairs often. No pots or pans which made it impossible to utilize the kitchen more fully and cook a couple of times for the family.
Walking distance to everything, fabulous beaches 5 min walk away. A well appointed apartment with a view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is showing wear and tear and could do with a refurbishment but on the whole worth it.
This was an excellent find for our week in Honolulu. Located a very short walk from the beach, this high rise condo was convenient to EVERYTHING. Basics provided by the owner (bring your own beach towels if you use a lot) and FREE parking.
Enjoyed our stay. Parking pass was included and super easy - connected to the facility.
The unit had everything we needed--location and space. Check-in was super easy. We would certainly stay there again.
This was a great place to stay, walkable to the beach and everything in Waikiki. We rented a car for further exploration and having a parking pass was a definite plus! Host was very communicative. Would stay here again.
Was really impressed with the size of this condo and the layout. A corner location meant no neighbours on several sides which was ideal.
Property was in a good location. Condo was clean and supplied. The activity/outside pool floor was disappointing. The photos show a tennis court. There wasn’t a net or any fencing to play. Pool area was minimal. Email & text management upon arrival and they didn’t respond. Next stay I would consider a different property.
