Holiday Vacation We decided to spend the Thanksgiving holiday in Oahu. This rental really made the stay amazing. It is well equipped and the view is absolutely amazing! The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki were stunning. The unit came with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and beach towels. These amenities really added to the beach fun It is easy to get to and nicely located. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Aloha!

So Thankful! REVIEW COMMENTS: Wow!! That about sums it up! I can honestly say I've never had a better host than Steve. He checked in periodically to make sure everything was good. Not only that, but after we left, I discovered I left my Kindle behind. I contacted Steve, who was out of the country at that time, and he immediately reached out to his manager to help. He stayed in contact with me until my Kindle was on the way back to me free of charge! As far as his penthouse... what would you expect from the host I just described! Yup... immaculate! Clean, clean, clean- comfy beds, perfect size living area for our family of four and a beautiful view as well... Diamond Head during the day and a beautiful sunset at night! And, we never had to wait for the elevator. Thank you Steve for your hospitality... you're the best by far!

A perfect place to stay for our family of 4! Great location that's just outside of the craziness of Waikiki. A well-stocked kitchen, as well as a cabinet full of beach items to use. But the star of the show is the view that wraps around the corner, so you can see the canal and the ocean at the same time. We would definitely stay here again.

amazing view, clean/updated kitchen but rest of condo very dated. furniture in living room was broken down/uncomfortable. showers not clean, door didn't close all the way. building and pool were great. Maleko's pastries on ground level fantastic! lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Nice PH in a very nice and convenient location. Very nice service from Steve, checking regularly how things are going but in a very discrete way. Excellent vacation with family enjoying this beautiful island for the first time. Unforgettable

The property had all the amenities we could have wished for in a great location with a spectacular view. Very comfortable. The owner kept in touch with helpful information and was available for questions. We would stay here again.

My family of four had a wonderful stay. Steve was a fabulous host. This was our first trip to Oahu, and Steve was really great with his communication and sharing information. We loved the location and the view from the penthouse is amazing, as advertised. The PH is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We did not rent a car as you can Uber or Lyft anywhere rather quickly. Waikiki is expensive, we reduced our expenses by preparing some meals in the penthouse and enjoying the million dollar view. You can walk to Walmart and Foodland for groceries and supplies. There is also a great food truck court across the street. My adult kids, who are foodies, loved the food trucks. And, the bakery in the complex, Maleko, is a gem. Save room in your suitcase for pineapple coconut jam and chocolate, coconut, peanut butter which can all be purchased at Maleko. If you want high end food and shopping, the PH is 3 to 4 blocks from glitz and glamour.

Everything was great. I do suggest having a TV in each bedroom.

We had a wonderful two weeks with our adult stepdaughter—plenty of room for the three of us, gorgeous views, lots of Waikiki activities and nearby beach. All the processes and many entertainment opportunities were very clearly laid out. Highly recommended.

Family members, two couples, spent five nights here the beginning of February. View was breathtaking when we walked in the door. Windows, windows everywhere! Yet at night and during the heat of the day had plenty of shades and drapes!Pictures show you exactly as it is – kitchen is well stocked and one bathroom has a walk-in shower and The other one has a Japanese bathtub with shower.Very clean condo with good quality sheets and towels, and all the beds were comfortable. Amazing assortment of beach paraphernalia. Beach is about a 10 minute walk. Amazing group of stationary food trucks on the corner across the street that are open daily.There is a wonderful shop in the lobby for morning, coffee, and wonderful pastries…Highly recommend!!

The property is exactly as pictured. We had no issues and the owner communicated with us to make sure everything was good. The property is near a ton of things and we walked to ahopping, restaurants and the beach. Woudefinitely stay here again

Great time nearby the local brewery and 12 min walk from the beach. The coffee shop malekos is a great place to visit daily. Wonderful place, great views, and furnished. Thank you again Steve!

Excellent property!!! Steve is a wonderful host and is very responsive and helpful with all aspects of the stay. The penthouse is great ! Rooms are large and it has everything one needs for the stay. We were there for a meeting and very close to convention center and can walk it within 10 min max. Well located abd easy to get to most places.

We had a great time. The suite was perfect for our family. Was a little bit further away from beaches, dining than we anticipated but we made due. Would recommend to family & friends.

Beautiful views and a nice spacious place. The building itself is a little run down and parking is expensive ($45/day). Beach is a far walk (20-30 minutes one way). One couch is on its last legs and we were afraid to sit on it as it looked like the legs would break off. Not enough soap, shampoo, etc (our family of five, staying for eight nights was giving the very small -- 2 oz -- shampoos and hand soaps about the size of a silver dollar). The beach items were a big plus, and much appreciated. A 7-11 near the lobby was very convenient. We had a car, so everything worked out really well, but without a car going to and from the beach would have been tough with our group size and things we were carrying.

Steve was great. Would stay again. A little bit further from the Main Street than we would have liked. But over all nice place.

Steve’s condo is comfortable, very clean and has everything you need. The views are amazing and the beds very comfortable. We will be booking again next time we are headed to Hawaii.

This was our first time in Hawaii, and this property was perfect! It was spacious, clean and was within walking distance of so many amazing places. Would highly recommend!

This is a wonderful vacation rental with terrific views! The beach is about 1 km. away (not very far to walk at all) and there are restaurants and food trucks close by. We enjoyed walking along the canal too.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. The view is outstanding being able to see the ocean and Diamond Head. We can also see the fireworks from the Hilton on Friday night. The building is older but the security is good. We would stay again

This has to be one of the best apartment rentals we have ever had anywhere in the world! The description and photos were absolutely spot on, and the apartment was exactly as presented -- but better, because the view was incredible! We stayed a week, and still did not tire of just looking out the windows! Steve, the owner, was great. He provided timely and excellent advice and suggestions, such as the weekly farmer's markets. He was always immediately responsive and available, and was genuinely interested in making sure that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit. And we certainly did! The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The Roku TV was also an added benefit! The hotel elevators were prompt and efficient, and the coffee shop in the lobby provided excellent pastries and coffee if desired in the mornings. We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay in Waikiki, and will definitely plan on a return visit!

From the first time we made contact with Steve, everything was so smooth. He kept in contact with us throughout arrival and departure. The building is in a prime location, overlooking Wakakki Beach. Walking distance to food venues, bars shopping..etc. We only had to use our rental car 1 day, because we went to the Punchbowl Cemetery, and took a ride to see a waterfall. The penthouse was clean and fully equipped. We just had to find a market to get water, coffee, etc. That was all in walking distance. I highly recommend a stay here on your next visit to Oahu. The penthouse was perfect for what we needed. Closest to Waikiki and nightlife. Close to restaurants. Clean and spacious area for our family of 5 (3 teenagers and 2 parents) It came well equipped with beach necessities as well. 2 boogie boards and beach chairs, towels etc. the VIEW is breathtaking. See diamond head, the ocean, sunrises and rainbows from every window!

Parking is terrible, sometimes it take 20-30 minutes wait time to get a parking spot. Clearance is 6ft and 2 inches, so if you have bigger vehicles, it is hard. Other thing is elevators, it is worst, it takes 5 minutes sometimes.

I checked into the property on 7/18 and the first 3 days I had an issue with the key card, it had to be reset every night when I came back which was very inconvenient. On day 4 I was stuck in the building elevator for over 10mins.

Steve, the property manager, went out of his way to be helpful and answer any questions we had. The penthouse had breathtaking views and was in a great area.

The penthouse was great for 2 couples and had everything we needed and was clean with great views. Building staff was helpful and friendly. The building itself could use some updating and cleaning.

Steve was extremely prompt and constantly checked in with us. The views were amazing and the location was very convenient. Thank you for the accommodations.
