We had a great stay at this Hawaiian Paradise Park property. The home was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Holly was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The location was quiet and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

This vrbo is beautiful!!! The host Holly is a great host...we didn't realize this unit did not have air conditioning when we arrived. It was in the 80's and we were not feeling well. Holly offered her unit as her bedroom has air conditioning as she does rent her unit out at times..we declined...it did cool off enough at night to sleep...the bed was comfortable and the shower was over the top!! we would recommend this unit if you dont need air conditioning or the weather is perfect!!! Thank you...

Wonderful place! The owner was helpful in every way and could not have been more gracious. The features the property offered made you feel that you were staying in a luxury suite. All vacation needed were met.

The host greeted us and was very sweet. She showed us where to park and we had her number in case we needed anything. The place was magnificent. So spacious and beautifully decorated. The furniture was extremely comfortable. We had a private lanai on which we enjoyed our morning coffee. The shower was amazing. The tilework was simply beautiful. It was very clean and we had everything we needed down to some very delicious coffee. The washer and dryer were in excellent shape and easy to use. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Holly. If we ever find our way back here, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Actually better than i expected. Very easy check in and out. Highly recommend!! The porch off the back was so calming. Plantings on property were impressive.

Fantastic stay at this wonderful place. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. The host was very friendly and provided all the necessary supplies. Free use of the host’s laundry room with all necessary washing and drying supplies. A very nice lanai (patio) which I used every morning to drink my coffee. This place was convenient to Hilo, water falls, botanical gardens and to Volcano National Park. This place felt like home away from home. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a perfect experience here. The property was clean and beautiful- the check in went very smoothly and check out was easy as well. Holly is a great host and available for anything you may need. We're hoping to stay here again the next time we're on island, it doesn't get better than this!

It’s a really quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Great patio to sit and enjoy nature, home itself is open and comfortable, love the walk in closet with its dual shelves and the walk in shower with dual shower heads. Master bed very comfortable and soft. Enjoyed my stay and looking forward to the next staycation. Thank you.

We had a fabulous stay! We were so sorry to leave this lovely place. The back patio was the perfect area for us to read and drink tea and coffee while listening to the birds and frogs. The bathroom and kitchen were huge! Everything was also very clean. Holly was also there to greet us at 10:30 at night - we arrived late. We recommend this accommodation 100%!

If you are looking for a large new modern clean full-size kitchen, master bedroom, master bath with a double head shower this is your place! This is a five star mini Home retreat. Holly the host had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything you need you feel like you’re at home. Beautiful and private gated home. My dad and I stayed here. Holly is a great host. The place is immaculate and up to date. Plenty of space in the living area and kitchen. Really, every room is spacious, even the walk-in closet. You wont find anything better for this price. We couldn't have been happier with our stay! Thank you again Holly!

It felt more like a private cottage rather than a home addition. Peaceful, fallen to sleep every night to the natural sounds of the island. Entire place was modern and updated. Kitchen was a joy to cook in and the bathroom felt like a spa. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This space has a lovely kitchen, living room, large bedroom, storage closet, sizable bathroom and large shower. There is a back porch sitting area too.... Two TV's, large fridge, micro, dishwasher......even free laundry within the garage. It met my needs and was wonderful to return to each day. I stayed 8 nights and was sad to see my time there slip away......

Our stay was so relaxing in this well appointed home. It was so nice to rest on the lanai and enjoy the peaceful & quietness of the area after a long day visiting the beautiful sites that the east side of the island has to offer. Would stay again.

I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with our stay here. The location is perfect for those who want to get out of the city but still be within a short drive of Kea’au and Hilo. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and fully equipped with anything we would need. The king bed was very comfortable and bathroom was more than needed for two people. Our host, Holly, was more than accommodating. She was quick to respond if we had a question about the area or needed something. The property is fully fenced in with an electric gate so security is never an issue. In our many stays at VRBO locations, this one rises to the top as our favorite. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Loved our stay in the Big Isle. We loved how spacious this place was for 2 people. Very clean, big walk in closet, dual showers/sinks. Also had a nice lanai. Great kitchen. And they even provided beach chairs and umbrella. Will definitely stay here again.

It's a new huge place, about 800sqft, full equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, king size bed, double walk-in shower, big walk-in closet plus a big covered patio (close to 200 sqft) with furniture.It's a bargain It's a bargain

Holly’s house is very clean, modern and spacious and well appointed. Holly was a very good host. We didn’t like the surrounding area much but if you need to be in Hilo or nearby, this is the place to stay.

This was a perfect accommodation for us. Very specious one bedroom condo with full kitchen and useful amenities. Very clean, nicely decorated with high quality mattress and bedding. Huge backyard with covered sitting area, ample parking. Good neighborhood, close to stores and downtown. Our host Holly was exceptionally good. Very attentive and quick to response. Easy to interact and connect. We would definitely come back and stay with Holly for longer duration. Highly recommend for future visitors to Hilo. Thank you!

Modern, clean apartment with all necessities. Host was responsive, unit was very clean and kitchen had top of line appliances.

From check in to check out, everything was great. Holly was a pleasure to work with. The unit more than met our expectations. She will, for sure, be our go to when we return to the big island.

Our host was friendly, wonderful, very accommodating, and fast with correspondence. Inside the property felt very comfortable and had a nice modern appeal. During the stay I was able to balance working in the early morning and then enjoy the rest of the day around the island.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holly's place. It was just the right size for us with one bedroom and a nice sized kitchen. It's also conveniently located in the middle of east Hawaii. On top of that Holly was a terrific host. She gave us clear instructions and helped us out when we needed it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Big Island.

This beautiful place is pristine. Everything is perfect. It’s brand new and very comfortable. The kitchen is all new with beautiful appliances. The bed is super comfortable and the hostess is fantastic. We enjoyed meeting her and she was helpful and responsive. We love this place!

Such a beautiful, comfortable and clean place to stay! We especially enjoyed sitting out on the lanai for morning tea & coffee. We had access to washer and dryer which was helpful. I hope to stay at this location again as it is about 1 mile from my daugter's home. Highly recommend!

There's usually one thing that isn't 100%, no matter where you stay but this place is gorgeous and has everything. We only stayed two nights when visiting Volcanos National Park but wished we could stay linger and take advantage of the beautiful kitchen and local area.

This place was very clean everything is new and the check in process seamless. Great location between Hilo Airport, Pāhoa and Volcano National Park. Would definitely recommend staying here.
