The condo had everything we needed. It was a wonderful place to stay

This condo was the perfect home base to all of Maui. We got sunburned on day 2, so we visited spots all over the island. The check-in process was super easy. We had enough space for the 3 of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. One small negative was the toilet paper holder in the master was barely hanging on to the wall so the roll would always fall off. But that’s it! We woke up a few mornings with a rooster on the patio!

Perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing stay walking distance from the beach. The small pool was not busy, my 13 and 10 year old enjoyed playing games and having the pool to themselves most of our stay. The beach is beautiful, with tons of opportunities for snorkeling and body surfing for younger kids. Nearby restaurants short driving distance. The apartment had everything we needed.

Avoid this property if you expect consistent and reliable hot water for showers, a dryer that can effectively dry even one item in under two hours and a washing machine that does not flood the unit after three small wash loads over a two day span. Although the building is beachfront and does have a lovely pool, there is no view of these features from the unit. The view from the unit is of the property fence, with a private and well kept patio. Regarding communication with the property owner about the hot water issues and flood, she was responsive to our text messages but other than providing about $6.00 in quarters and telling us to use the building washer/dryer, there was absolutely no compensation for us having to clean up the mess and take cold showers. We paid over $2K for a three night stay and when asked for compensation for the issues, we were told over and over again that the hot water heater was replaced back in January and she has no idea why we are having issues and flat out refused anything for the flood until she had her repair person assess the washing machine flood. We checked out on 5/20 and have heard nothing since. Very disappointed as we did not expect this type of response for the price paid.

We traveled with our 3 kids for a wedding & were concerned immediately because the exterior door didn’t lock from inside only outside. Our 5 year old has special needs and so we were uncomfortable not having a door that locked which we would have been uncomfortable with any small child. To her credit the host came and added a high lock so we were able to lock the main exterior door. She suggested we slide the large high top dining table in front of the sliding doors and we did. Kitchen and bathrooms were ok and the master bed was very comfy. Plenty of extras of things. While the location is stellar, and the beach is pretty , I am not sure this is a place to bring kids under 18. The very first morning after landing we finally took our kids to the pool at 8:30am local time. It was after lunch back home and they were stir crazy, a super rude staff member- “coach” comes over and rudely says “the pool is closed you need to get out now”. We started getting out and he says “you need to get out now”. The posted pool sign says nothing about hours and the (lockable) pool was neither locked or any closed signage. When my minimally verbal, autistic child began to cry at getting out of pool, “coach” said “and it’s also quiet hours too” and looked at us with disgust. We never could find posted rules at the pool so use telepathy there. There IS signage EVERYWHERE that says “quiet”. This is FINE for retired adults but not kids on vacation. If you are traveling with kids look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay! The beachfront location was unbeatable and made the trip extra special. The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Location was awesome. The unit was VERY well equipped (especially the kitchen). Quiet and just steps to the beach. Owner was prompt to reply. Highly recommend!

Loved the property. Kitchen stocked with lots of extra nice equipment. Great for cooking. Had a great relaxing stay. Wonderful beach access. Did not find any parking permit in condo.

We had a wonderful family reunion of 13 people at this complex. We used three (3) condos. It is a great location and we particularly enjoyed the easy access to the beach, restaurants and the Maui Nui golf course for nine (9) holes of golf. In particular, we loved the "lanai" where we met every evening for sunset. It was beautiful. Condo 103 was ideal for part of the family - the two bedrooms were very comfortable and the fans and A/C kept the rooms cool. Don and Kim (owners) provided outstanding welcoming information as well as being very responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend this condo and this complex.

Great location on the beach in south Kihei, very near to Wailea beaches as well. Good swimming and snorkeling, great sunsets. Property is very clean and well maintained. Good space in condo, we had everything we needed.

This was a perfect location for our family to do many excursions incuding deepsea fishing, snorkeling tour to Molokini and a Luau, all less than 15 minutes away. It was also the perfect spot for just enjoying the beautiful beach right infront of the complex. The condo had everything we needed to cook in or bring food back and sit outside at the private patio. Another plus was it was also equipped with beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas!

The decor is perfect for the beach, with a lovely garden lanai and path out to the lawn, pool and sand. Great snorkeling and body surfing out front!

Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the property and location. Thanks for a great stay.

The Hawaiian style hotel with a garden, pond and trees growing throughout it was such a treat for the eyes! The open air community lanai is a lovely place to enjoy the afternoon and/or sunset. We really enjoyed that there weren’t a zillion kids running around in the complex, and was well suited to our party of four who were all quiet adults looking to relax. Our unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and this unit is away from the water, so offers stillness at night which was very nice. The private patio was perfect for coffee or lunch, and is surrounded by lush vegetation. This unit has a spacious interior, and is nicely designed. Each bedroom and the main room have their own AC which was great for people who like to sleep at different temperatures. All appliances are quite new and functioned very well. This unit is right next to the property managers office, so once someone was in there in the AM (or the laundry room), there is nothing to spare you from the sound of their conversations, or the sounds of the laundry room. There are quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, but the daily noises of those things usually started around 7:15, so that tended to dictate when we got up. Luckily for us, we usually went to be early, and were ready for a morning walk on the beach by the time. We would stay in this unit or complex again in a heartbeat!

Can’t beat the views and proximity to the beach with this stay. Comfortable accommodations with a well stocked kitchen. Our only initial challenge was from the description for bedroom 2 (two twins “or” a king bed - not “and” as listed), but it worked out fine for us since the couch was a sleeper sofa. We’d stay here again! Kim is a responsive and accommodating host.
