Hale Hui Kai is a very special, closest to the ocean, 40 unit complex on beautiful Keawakapu beach. No better location, excellent oceanfront property that guests enjoy year after year. Walking distant to restaurants, beautiful sunsets, the ultimate in beachfront living.
The BEST location on Maui. The sandy beach is just a few steps down a private walkway. Perfect for stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, swimming, snorkeling or lounging. Frequent turtles and colorful fish, and the humpback whales in the winter season.
You can also enjoy long walks on the mile long pristine white sand beach to Wailea. Outdoor shower, lounge chairs and deep seated sofa and chairs to enjoy the ocean view and sunsets. Shaded outdoor area with tables and chairs for your comfort
Unit 103 is a private two bedroom, two full bath beach condo, tastefully appointed that sleeps 6 comfortably. Each room is individually air conditioned for comfort control. Bedrooms have a private door, NOT a loft or semi private slider as many 2 bedrooms in this area. Each bedroom has its own smart flat screen tvs, windows that close with ceiling fans and individually controlled air conditioning. There is a king bed in the master, 2 twin beds in second bedroom that can be converted to another king, and a comfortable memory foam queen size fold out sleeper sofa. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel LG stove, french door with water and ice maker refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is a beautiful tropical private Lanai (patio) right outside and double sliders that open into this garden area to bring the outdoors inside. There is free wireless internet, fiberoptic and streaming TV, Total of 3 flat screen tv's.
Laundry is full size int he unit and there is free parking. You have a close walk to paddle board rentals, a deli / general store, activity desk and multiple restaurants.

Condo was as described. Very well done. Great location and well furnished. Would stay again.
Loved the property. Kitchen stocked with lots of extra nice equipment. Great for cooking. Had a great relaxing stay. Wonderful beach access. Did not find any parking permit in condo.
We had a wonderful family reunion of 13 people at this complex. We used three (3) condos. It is a great location and we particularly enjoyed the easy access to the beach, restaurants and the Maui Nui golf course for nine (9) holes of golf. In particular, we loved the "lanai" where we met every evening for sunset. It was beautiful. Condo 103 was ideal for part of the family - the two bedrooms were very comfortable and the fans and A/C kept the rooms cool. Don and Kim (owners) provided outstanding welcoming information as well as being very responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend this condo and this complex.
Great location on the beach in south Kihei, very near to Wailea beaches as well. Good swimming and snorkeling, great sunsets. Property is very clean and well maintained. Good space in condo, we had everything we needed.
This was a perfect location for our family to do many excursions incuding deepsea fishing, snorkeling tour to Molokini and a Luau, all less than 15 minutes away. It was also the perfect spot for just enjoying the beautiful beach right infront of the complex. The condo had everything we needed to cook in or bring food back and sit outside at the private patio. Another plus was it was also equipped with beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas!
The decor is perfect for the beach, with a lovely garden lanai and path out to the lawn, pool and sand. Great snorkeling and body surfing out front!

The Hawaiian style hotel with a garden, pond and trees growing throughout it was such a treat for the eyes! The open air community lanai is a lovely place to enjoy the afternoon and/or sunset. We really enjoyed that there weren’t a zillion kids running around in the complex, and was well suited to our party of four who were all quiet adults looking to relax. Our unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and this unit is away from the water, so offers stillness at night which was very nice. The private patio was perfect for coffee or lunch, and is surrounded by lush vegetation. This unit has a spacious interior, and is nicely designed. Each bedroom and the main room have their own AC which was great for people who like to sleep at different temperatures. All appliances are quite new and functioned very well. This unit is right next to the property managers office, so once someone was in there in the AM (or the laundry room), there is nothing to spare you from the sound of their conversations, or the sounds of the laundry room. There are quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, but the daily noises of those things usually started around 7:15, so that tended to dictate when we got up. Luckily for us, we usually went to be early, and were ready for a morning walk on the beach by the time. We would stay in this unit or complex again in a heartbeat!
Can’t beat the views and proximity to the beach with this stay. Comfortable accommodations with a well stocked kitchen. Our only initial challenge was from the description for bedroom 2 (two twins “or” a king bed - not “and” as listed), but it worked out fine for us since the couch was a sleeper sofa. We’d stay here again! Kim is a responsive and accommodating host.
