We are located on the southern tip of the Big Island & about 90 minutes to Kona and Hilo each way.

Area is tranquil, remote & beautiful
You will need a car. Not just any car but a 4x4 pickup or SUV. Some of the roads are gravel or unpaved on the island. A truck is a must. It’ll be an adventure for sure.
Park in the garage or on the property driveway only.
If you are staying longer than a week, there is no trash services on the island. Normally, the locals take it to the “transfer station”. Don’t worry. We can arrange someone to pick up trash for you if you notify us in advance. Will save you the trouble!
We will give you a customized access code (4 digits) that will work on all entry doors for the duration of your stay.
The property has everything that your family needs for a comfortable extended stay. You will have full access and share it with no one else (please do not sublet). Six adults will fit comfortably & nine in a pinch. Sleeping arrangement includes one King bed, one Full bed, two twin beds, 1 twin daybed and a queen sofabed. It will be cleaned professionally before your arrival & after you leave.
Construction completed January of 2022 so the place still smell new. Everything in it is new & functional: furniture, appliance, cookware, silverware, utensil, bedding. Everything.
Pantry is stocked with spices. Kitchen is equipped with all tools to cook (and host) decadent meals from scratch for a minimum of 8.
The house has high speed internet & mesh Wifi. Work space is setup for serious & luxurious remote productivity in paradise; just bring your laptop.
Your base camp to relax & recharge; a true home away from home.
We have contacts on the island for emergencies but text/call us first if you run into trouble.

Everything was clean and functioning and comfortable
Spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Host was prompt in replying to any questions. Extra beach equipment was excellent.
Wanted to get a feel for DH vibe. My son recently purchased a lot there. This is our 7th trip to the Big Island, and first time to stay in Naalehu. Definitely more chill, less people and less touristy. Volcano was spectacular! House was adequate. Furnishings were spartan, not very homey. Kitchen was very nice with newer appliances, except the frig door didn't seal tightly.Overall an enjoyable stay, it's Hawaii!!
Ivy's home is beautiful and very private! It was rooming and perfect for our family of 7. Everything is new and extremely clean, organized, with all the needed amenities and more. There is an ocean view private golf course in walking distance that will give guests passes and also has a clubhouse for meals, drinks, music, which we took advantage of. Ivy was very easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions/recommendations. An added perk was renting their Ford Expedition! I hope to stay at their property again.
We loved our time at this amazing house. Bright, super clean and well appointed! Very modern yet comfortable and spacious. On the road to South Point and the green sand beach which were both spectacular! Host was very gracious and quick to respond. Thanks for a great place to relax each evening!
Very nice place. Had everything we needed. Location was perfect for exploring erupting Volcanoes while still being close to several different beaches. The town of Naalehu was adorable and the food (Hana Hou and Punaluu Bake Shop) and people were wonderful. A nice change of pace from the resorts in the Kona area.Highly recommend a 4WD vehicle to get to allthe beaches, MaunaKea, etc.
Very clean, nicely equipped and beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Centrally located between Hilo and Kona. Owner was pleasant, helpful and easy to communicate with. This was a perfect vacation spot for our family.

The property was very nice and in the perfect location for our needs. The only issue we had was the guest bed was not comfortable and thought to be very old or poor quality.
Very clean and beautiful modern home. Well designed with high ceilings, an open living area and a large well equipped kitchen. It is located in a beautiful location between Kona and Hilo. Easy access to the main Highway made it easy to visit nearby attractions like the famous Naalehu Bakery and Black Sand Beach as well as the Volcano National Park, and many parks,hikes, and beaches near Kona and Hilo. Excellent Value! Mahalo
House had a great open floor plan in the living spaces and private sleeping areas. Kitchen was well equipped, and we loved the back porch to get morning breeze while sipping on coffee. Very convenient location to all the attractions around the area. Very clean home!! Thank You!!
The house was great and we had 7 of us. We fit comfortably and everything we need was there. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had to drive awhile to get to our activities, but it was well worth it. Communication was amazing when we had a few questions - reply was prompt.
